My sister came to live at the Ebenezer Ridges Care Center in August of 2023, she had come from a nursing home that did not take the care of her as we had hoped. The day that she was brought in the staff was there to greet her and make her feel so welcome and special!! she had numerous issues that had been neglected, from day one they took such special care of her and she has done so well ever since. The friendliness and kindness of everyone has been great! But what has impressed me the most is the extra wonderful activities that she has been encouraged to partake in, my sister was a bit shy as far as getting involved in much but she has just enjoyed all the wonderful activities that the Ebenezer staff has set up for the residents. My sister came to Ebenezer frightened and not in good shape health wise or physically, she has just blossomed with the love and care they have shared with her and with all the residents! I love seeing the residents partaking in all the fun activities.

There's no activity at Ebenezer Ridges Campus. Mom just gets fed, gets changed, and she has a shower. She does occupational therapy once a day, and that's it. She sits in front of the TV all the time. That's all she does. They're good nurses, though. I like the nurses. I think they're pretty responsive, but there's no way that they don't engage her in anything. So, she's been very isolated. We're there all the time to try to make sure she's got somebody with her as much as possible.

Comfortable rooms with nice welcoming community spaces. Mom is well cared for by an attentive and compassionate staff that is very receptive to family cares and concerns. We have been extremely pleased with with our difficult decision of where to find the best care for our dear loved one!

We went to see Arbors at Ridges. It was nice, but the only place they had available at the time was on the ground floor, and my aunt really prefers to be on the second floor for security reasons. It wasn't on the same level as the other communities we visited. The staff was very professional and very friendly. It's on a very small piece of ground.

We moved my mother-in-law to Ebenezer on September 1. Everything so far has been good -- the food, the surroundings, and everything. The care seems good, and so far I have no complaints. I would say that the staff is very friendly, very helpful, very compassionate, and very professional.

I wanted my parents near me, so I moved them to Arbor at Ridges. The staff are wonderful people. They are very caring and very nice. With the rooms, they bring their own furniture, it has a full kitchen, and they are very nice spaces. I tasted the food, and its OK; it's nice. They have many activities, and I don’t even know if I could name them all. I really like this facility, and I think my parents do too.

My grandmother resided in this facility for five years. During this time period she had pleasant experiences with the staff, and our family did as well. When my grandmother entered the facility she was still able to walk with assistance and the staff would do their best to make sure that they took her for walks around the building daily. My grandmother declined quite a lot during her stay, and when she passed away, almost 15 staff members joined us in her room to pray, sing, and say goodbye. Many of them were crying and it was very evident that they cared deeply about my grandma.

Overall we have had a good experience with this nursing home. The employees are respectful and there is always somebody close by if someone needs help. The employees are also very friendly and are looking out for everyones best interest. Even the food that they serve is good. They also provide trips/vacations. For example last year we went to a twins game and to several parks. I am very pleased with this nursing home. I would reccomend it to anyone in the burnsville area looking for a nursing home for a loved family member.
