My dad has been living in the nursing home for 6 months. He loves the food, participates in activities and is very happy there. The RNs and other departments are great at communicating with family. Services provided are good. He really likes most of the staff but says the overnight workers do the minimum required of them. It is an older building but well-kept. Bird feeders outside some of the windows and an awning and pavilion to sit under to enjoy warmer weather. Overall I give this facility an A. If your loved one needs a residential setting I encourage them to participate and engage in social activities; it does wonders!

I was a therapy patient! I just finished today! I will miss these people. Gina,Gene & all the employees were super nice as well! Your loved ones were always trying to come in early for their sessions! This tells me how I felt they care & great human beings! So if you have family there they are in Great Hands! Your family even teasing the employees! A great thing to watch! I needed therapy & wanted to keep it local! Chad Prairie Family & sports Chiropractor a local business recommended them to me & I think him for that as well! I really enjoyed seeing Past customers & some present with my family also friends! I would highly recommend this place to anybody! Also I have seen their assisted living before in past also that as well! I really enjoyed all the employees & wanted to thank all of them for being so nice! We are blessed to have Prairie manor here in our city! I appreciated the time with them. Sincerely Allen V.

Rooms are very clean but like many nursing home rooms are kind of small. There attached Assisted Living has very big rooms. Staff have been there a long time and despite going through a lot as a facility they continue to get better. On site beautician, in/outpatient therapy, bingo, outings, live entertainment and more are available to residents. They dont charge for bed hold and are medicare/medicaid certified. tv's provided in everyroom with free wifi.

Prairie Manor is an excellent care facility. The staff is friendly and is competent at their jobs. Residents are given options in regards to when to eat meals and what they want to eat. Furthermore, there are a variety of activities for residents to enjoy ranging from bingo to horse races to baking groups. The nursing home is not for profit. Rooms have been recently remodeled and have updated amenities. Private and double rooms are available and Medicare/Medicaid is accepted. Rehabilitation services and beauty services are available. I love this facility and would put a relative in there myself!
