I'm at Windemere Park Warren. All the way around the whole complete circle, I've been taken beyond amazing care and I greatly appreciate it. The ladies are very, very nice and very professional. If they don't know, they will get somebody that will. Everything's been handled very professionally. Usually, the food is pretty good. Lately, there seems to be a lot of repeats in the week, like a chicken tender three times a week. Just kind of mixing it up a little bit would be nice. Every day they come in, they're very clean and very polite. I have one of the ladies here that brings coffee and candies a couple of times a week, which is really awesome. That's a nice cheer up. Bingo, I believe, is every day. I did that a little bit a while back. It's very well handled and taken care of.

I toured Windemere Park Warren. It was very clean. It was a quick tour, and I could tell right away it was not something for me. The room was okay. I would say that it was just about average.

I'm in Windemere Park Warren. I like the way they do their business. They're on time. They give each person attention as to what each one needs. There are different people with different personalities and we have people here that work with us. They are very beautiful, very patient and considerate. The food is edible and nourishing. They have a good menu for people like myself that are aged. Maintenance and housekeeping are OK. It's professional. We have general activities and morning exercise. They have sometimes entertainers coming through. If they have more, that will be great. Value for money is OK. I'm getting serviced, and I have to pay.

Windemere Park Warren is a good place to live. It's clean. I have no problem with the staff or with the residents. The staff here is very nice. The food here couldn't be better, but there are some food I can't eat. Maintenance and housekeeping are good. There are some good housekeepers here. We have bingo, and we have singers that come. We have lots of fun here at Windemere.

I'm in independent living at Windemere Park Warren. They've been very good to me. I was going through a really rough time and they took me in and they have helped me tremendously. The staff here is excellent. They have a whole lot of very good people that work here that take care of everybody. The food is excellent. All the people that serve the food and all the people that cook the food are very nice and friendly. Maintenance and housekeeping are excellent. They take really good care of it. They keep the pool open for us. It's got an indoor pool. They have bingo. They have horse racing. They have movies. They do all kinds of stuff. It seems to be a pretty good deal. They feed me well and they take care of me. I have no complaints about this place at all. I have to be outside, but I can smoke on the grounds. When winter gets here, I don't want to walk off the facility just to have a cigarette.

To my knowledge and how I've been treated living here, I give Windemere Park Warren a five. Everybody does a great job. If you need help, they're there. Whatever you need, they're right on the ball helping you out. Every time I needed help, they were there to assist me. They do a good job with housekeeping. Every week, they clean my house, and they do a beautiful job. Every two weeks they do my laundry, and they do a beautiful job. They have all kinds of activities going on. They have bingo, happy hour, barbecue, and a pool table, and they're topnotch for entertainment. The lady does a great job. I'm definitely getting my money's worth and my kids love it.

I toured Windemere Park Warren. I liked that they're very open and energetic with their residents. They communicate with them like they're human and not like they're just patients or the elderly. They talk to them like they're adults. The facility was nice and clean. The management team that helped me out, was very thorough and very nice. The staff was very nice. They have a theater room. I liked the area where they hold the church service. They made it look like it was an actual church with the pews. They have a pool as well. I liked it because it made it look like they were still at home instead of a facility.

I toured Windemere Park of Warren. They were very nice and very clean. It was a very big place. They had a barber shop and a swimming pool there. The person who took us on the tour was very nice and friendly. It was a very big lobby. A couple of women at the desk were very friendly.

If there were a way to give negative stars I would. I have had a family member there for a long term stay. Care is extremely poor, they very seldom get the person dressed and when they do you can guarantee they will be in the same clothes for a couple days. If you can find an aid they are probably watching tv and don't realize call buttons are on. Food is served at random times each day. Breakfast can be at 10, lunch at 11 and dinner at 8pm. Never the same time to be able to plan to join. And don't expect the room to ever get cleaned.

I was able to tour Windemere Park Warren and I enjoyed it very much. I liked the design; it's very different from what I usually see in senior homes. It seemed very welcoming. The place was nice. My mom may be able to get a ground-floor apartment, which was excellent. The manager there was very, very nice, very welcoming, and I think she was very, very helpful. The price was much better. It's nice that my mom will be able to go to a more reasonable place, where she can do everything and she'll have more opportunities. They had a bus that went shopping and things like that. They had urgent care right next door, which was awesome. It was very all-inclusive, and I enjoyed that fact. The place seemed very clean. There was a very nice theater. There was a chapel there. They had an indoor pool in the atrium. They had a common dining room. Yesterday, they had a happy hour. It just felt very welcoming and very comfortable. The other thing that I liked was they have a rehabilitation facility right in the building. They also had a washer and dryer right in the room, and I was very happy about that.

I didn't like Windemere Park Warren. The price was right, it's a beautiful facility, but the memory care was terrible. It was dirty and worn. The furniture was just awful, and they got sticky floors. It wasn't pleasant at all. I could barely move; I was stuck to the floor. Downstairs it was immaculate and you're walking to a beautiful, beautiful place, it was gorgeous. But when you go up to the memory care, and you get in that elevator, you walk out of that elevator. It was awful. It was filthy and sticky. I only saw one attendant on the floor, I don't remember how many patients that one person was taking care of, but it was over 20, so I wasn't thrilled with what I saw. They need to clean the place and wash the floors. I only talked to two people. The guy that was touring me was very nice, and the lady that was upstairs that I saw. I didn't talk to her; I just watched her give them pills. The patients seemed to like her. They were communicating with her. The staff was great, but the underlying place was not good. The residents were kind of left to themselves. It doesn't look like they're doing any activities. They're just caring for them. It's like they're doing the minimum of what they have to do. They had amenities, but that was all for downstairs. They got a pool, they got a gym, they got a salon, but that's all down at the assisted living. When you go upstairs and to the memory care, it's none of that.

I went to look at Windemere Park Warren. The room seemed spacious, and I liked how they had a private bath. The outside and common areas were very nice. The employees were very helpful. The courtyard had a nice gazebo and patio area. Everything was very clean. The facility was nicely decorated. They have a swimming pool, a little chapel, and a workout area.

I like Windemere Park Warren very much. It was wonderful. It used to be a hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. I loved it. The room was very nice and it had a bathroom. Everything looked wonderful there. It's a lot more than mom would use because she just sleeps all day and doesn't do much, but it was a beautiful facility. The staff was wonderful, too, very polite and very knowledgeable. He does this for a living and he's very good at it. The dining area and the seating area were lovely. Everything was top-notch.

We moved my mother in Windemere Park Warren. What we liked about this place is that the price was obviously a thing, because that was within her price point. The people return calls very promptly, and it seemed like once she moved to her apartment, it's just been really nice. They're very accommodating, they're very caring, and they do address concerns appropriately within a short amount of time, they're just all about the patients. All nursing homes are fairly the same, there's always going to be a lot of gaps, issues, or whatever, it's just the way it is. It has been wonderful, so I would highly recommend it. I don't know if there is anything that's absolutely the best, because there's always going to be loopholes. Unfortunately, in our society, if you can afford a huge amount of money, you might get what would be considered the best, but for a lot of people who are on a fixed income, this is the best for her needs, and for her income level. If any of us had concerns, they were addressed, and were never swept under the rug. Once you're in an apartment, or in the independent living, assistant living, or memory care, it is fantastic, looks really good, and very accommodating, it's very nice. I don't have any complaints, but if you first come in injured, or as somebody who needs physical therapy, you'd be on the main floor, and just like any facility, it is not so good. For the food, they have to be able to accommodate a lot of people, so they have to go with what the general public is going to enjoy, but they have really handled that very well. They have quite a few activities and a good activity program. They have two different services on Sundays. They have a Catholic service, and they have a like a non-denominational service, which is very nice for a lot of people. They have a library, and they have a pool area. Unfortunately, we can't really say that much about it because it still has been locked down because of COVID. I'm sure in the next few months, as things start opening up, these people will be able to enjoy more of these amenities. The pictures, and as far as the tour, it's a very nice facility. Maybe they could have a few other diversified things, but what they offer is good. There hasn't been a lot of activities because of COVID, but they do try to bring in as much as possible to the patient's rooms to keep them occupied by doing real projects and those sorts of things, so that's really good.

I visited Windemere Park Warren in person. There wasn't anything that I liked most or least, but it's a nice area. I just viewed an apartment, and they told me about some of their amenities. Due to COVID, there wasn't much more that they could do and there's limited access. They have a special where you could move in at $1000. They cook your food, they come through and do cleaning 2-3 times a week, meals and all utilities are included, and they have different programs and things. I like how nice the people were there and the lady that I met with.

I went to Windemere Park Warren. It was very nice and was like a very nice hotel. I wouldn't mind going to a place like that. It was a bit more expensive. The place was big, the rooms were nice, clean, and the director himself took me around the whole place. They had a nice bar-be-cue for the tenants, they had a nice therapy room, they had a library, computers, and swimming pool. The food looked delicious, and all the tenants seemed to be happy.

Windemere Park Warren was nice and good. The staff who toured me around was very nice and helpful. The rooms were kind of small which was my biggest concern. The dining area looked nice and appropriate. We saw some people doing exercise and we saw the movie theater. The place was a little dark though, not bright and cheerful.

Windemere Park Warren is excellent. We have housekeeping come in once a week. We ask questions and they have the answers for us. If we need something, they take care of it in a very timely fashion. The main reason we're here is because they have a swimming pool and my husband needs rehab every day several different ways, and swimming is a very important thing. They also have a social area where people can meet from 10:00 to 2:00 to get acquainted with people. They show movies every night depending on the day of the week, whether it's at 4:00 at night or 6:00. You can request different things in the way of the movies. They always have other events if you wish to participate such as bingo, exercises, puzzle rooms, and games. Our facility has a full kitchen. The staff is very polite, they know the answers to things, and everything is pretty upbeat.

My mom is currently living at Windemere Park. They have a pool, workout facility, and dining room. The food is good and the staff is excellent and friendly. The rooms are very nice. The facility itself is nice and in a good location. They have all the extras that you need plus I like the fact that they have all levels of care.

This facility has major issues. They are very under staffed. The turnover of staff is ridiculous. The facility is not well cared for and dirty. The food is terrible. Residents are all given the same food regardless of dietary restrictions. It is a shame that this facility is not well managed. It has the potential to be very nice place to live. The main floor has an atrium, an outdoor garden area, salon, gym, coffee shop and more.

This place was a 72 hour nightmare. From the moment of arrival it was disorganized, ill-prepared, unfriendly to rude people, and it got worse from there. My parent arrived for rehabilitation from a broken femur and was in ICU 72 hours later after seemingly being overdosed and then being allowed to aspirate on her own bile. We had to call 911 ourselves because it just wasn't urgent enough for the doctor and nurse who was following "doctor's orders". They were short-staffed, overworked, and most of the people were downright unkind and uncaring. There were a very few exceptions. One nurse whose name was Jontae was great, the nurse practitioner, Elizabeth was very qualified and compassionate -- too bad she wasn't in charge of the entire nursing team. The receptionist Virginia was really warm and kind. For a place that claims to do "rehab" work, the attitude appeared to be that this is long-term care for end-of-life clients, so who cares? PT folks were mostly good but the time was short. The list of wrongs done here is too long for this review but I would strongly caution anyone to not choose this place if you love the person you are helping to place.

We really liked Windemere Park. They take them to the stores once a week and had some medical staff available. We liked that they can stay there and move into different levels of care as needed without moving out. The price was pretty good. The food looked very good.

My mother has moved into Windemere less than a month ago. The place is very lovely, but they promised us that they would have gluten-free food for her, and they are not meeting their obligation. The staff is patient and caring.

I have had my mother at Windermere Park for a few years and in the past few months I have seen a big improvement in the staffing on weekends and the overall care of the residents. The community is much cleaner and I feel the improvemental is very positive. The nurse and her helper have really met all of my mothers needs.

We visited only one, and that was Windermere. From what we've seen, it was very nice actually. It was absolutely gorgeous. I think it was a hotel before they turned it into a senior home, so you can imagine how it looks -- the lobby and everything else was gorgeous. It's got a pool; it's got everything you want. It was a gorgeous dining area that had white tablecloths; it was a first-class place.

Windermere was very nice, and it had a beautiful garden area. The independent living had a living room, bedroom and a nice kitchen with a washer and dryer. They also have a swimming pool, assisted living, and now they’re putting up a nursing area. The dining area is very nice. The tables did not have covers on them, but they were nice tables. The staff seemed to be very nice. The rooms in the assisted living were also very nice. It was big with a bathroom, bedroom with a double dresser, a sofa, and a recliner. They had coffee every morning, and they had a nice area for entertainment. They had someone come to either sing or play a musical instrument.

Windemere Park was very nice but they're so expensive at $3000 a month, that's with food. It was an apartment inside a big building. It used to be a big hotel, I understand. They had a man entertaining the people there.
