My mother is here. She's in assisted living, and she has the highest level of care there. It's been very good. She gets very good care there. They keep me informed of what's going on with her. They keep her room nice and tidy. We've asked them to help her call, both myself and my brother, and they're very willing to do that. The food is OK, but it's certainly not gourmet. The facilities are very nice and kept clean. They have a beauty shop in there, a movie theater, a couple of rooms that they use for activities, and a room that they're using for physical therapy now, which was an exercise room. They now have physical therapy onsite. They offer a lot of activities, but my mother is not one to join in. She's not really taking advantage of the activities that they have. It's a lot of money, but it's the same no matter where you go. I think the value is probably pretty common in the assisted living community.

I went here. This was a high-class place. When you walked in, it was elegant. That was like the regular assisted living and such, and then you went into the memory care part, and it was the same as the assisted living with the same set-up building. It was clean, cheerful, and elegant. The staff were very nice. They seemed very attentive. They were great. They seemed to have activities going on, and they're right next to a dog park, which for my mother would interest her. If she couldn't be at the dog park, she would be able to watch the people and their dogs, which is equally as enjoyable. They had it all. They had the gym. They had a nice courtyard. They do activities with them. They've got a weekly sheet of what they do every day, and it seemed to be pretty active. In terms of location, for me, I live in Troy, so it's close. It's a very lively area.

I toured both assisted living and memory care here. They also came out to my house and did an assessment on my mother to decide where she needed to be. They wanted to see whether she needed memory care or assisted living. The place is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The people that work there were super helpful and very nice. All the residents were really friendly, and there seemed to be a lot of activity. I very rarely saw anybody in their room. It was in a square. They put the cafe, dining room, and everything in the middle. It's secure, and all the rooms are on the perimeter. I don't know much about the building of these buildings. I thought it was smart that a patient who possibly "got lost," can't get lost if they keep just going straight. It's not like a maze of hallways, and I think that's actually very intuitive for a memory care. A shared room is an option; they would just share a bathroom. They still have their own space, and then there's also private rooms. It just depends on what you can afford. They had a salon, and I think they have doctors that come, as well as O.T. It is very full service. One of the things that I appreciated is even though I didn't select them, they were very gracious and were extremely helpful. They gave me all my paperwork back and made me feel very safe about the information that I had disclosed to them.

My parents moved here at the end of September. The staff is very compassionate and attentive. My parents' apartment is very clean, and the facility is new. They bowl, play bingo, go to Happy Hour, and have entertainment, so there are numerous activities. I am really impressed and pleased with what this place has to offer.

We visited here. They pretty much told us that my mom was not ready for assisted living and that she needed to go to independent living. I thought it was beautiful. It was very clean. The people were very kind. It was a quiet environment. The young lady that took us around was very knowledgeable and very caring. She took a lot of time with my mom. I do think the staff was very informative. I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to draw me into the business. I felt like they were actually caring about the individual and making recommendations based on what the person needed rather than just trying to get somebody in there.
