My mother moved into the French Manor South, and they treat her very well. The staff is very attentive, and I feel she's very safe there. The apartment or living area is a small living room, a bedroom, a large bathroom, and a large storage closet. The living room has a kitchenette in it. The dining room is very nice. They do have a barber, and a salon available. They have foot care clinics, and she has a nurse practitioner that checks on her. Some areas have shelves with books on it. They have, a front porch outside, they have a little garden, and there's a little creek nearby. They have no exercise room, but I think they do some exercise. She has a physical therapist that's seeing her. My mother likes the food, which is unusual.

We visited French Manor South. It's immaculate and very nice. It is new. The staff is very nice. The room we looked at had just been vacated and it was freshly painted. It was very nice. They had a little sitting area, but everybody had their apartment, and they had a nice dining room. It's a small facility, so there's not a ton of people there. They have people come in, and they have entertainment, they just have activities for them. They have a very nice kitchen. They have a chef, and he's been in the restaurant business for a long time, so he is their chef there and he fixes all the food. What I liked about it is they eat breakfast and then they have their dinner at like 1:00, and then at 5:00 or 6:00, they have snacks. It's like lunch, but not a heavy dinner, and they find that the people that live there like that better.

My mom moved into French Manor South. They're very attentive, and her apartment is very nice. My mom is eating the meals, and as far as I know it's OK. They normally do things, but they can't right now because of COVID. They have a beauty shop. It's nice.

My wife has been at the French Manor for 2 ½ years now. The service is very satisfactory and very personal. There is adequate care, good food, and the staff is very caring. The room is very nice, and it is spacious. It has a bathroom and a closet. It has two windows, and it is very pleasant. They even allowed us to choose the colors of the apartment because it was going to be repainted.
