The one I like most right now is Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. I would give it the best rating on everything. I like everything about it. It's very clean and very nice everywhere. They have two-bedrooms. The rooms are nice and big. They're large enough for my use, and that would be great. It's got two full baths, so I could have a guest there and have their own bedroom and bath, so everything would be great. The lady who gave me the tour was very, very nice.

My mother will be moving into Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. The facility was a little bit smaller than the others we toured. It was updated. The bathrooms were larger. It was a better fit. The staff was very friendly. We had no issues or problems yet. We've only visited twice, so I don't know too much else about it. They have the amenities for us to use assisted living. We added on a package of some extra help for my mom. It looked very clean. It looked remodeled. It looked very nice. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. It was very lively. The dining service was quick. The food was very good. It was delicious, and it was prepared well.

I visited three other places and this one felt like home. It is nice and new. They helped me pick a great apartment with a view of the woods. The ladies that help clean weekly do the best work. I am very happy with my decision.

I'm at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. The service is good. The staff is nice. The activities are very good. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The food is usually very good, and they have alternate entrees. They have activities, exercise, games, bingo, occasional outings, and some shopping trips.

It is located in a lovely community. It is beautifully decorated. Bright and cheery. The food is great and they have so many fun activities for the residents. The staff from management to housekeeping are so friendly, and always willing to help. Brad went above and beyond in making this a smooth transition for my mom.

I toured Pine Ridge of Plumbrook yesterday. Everybody seemed very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided the information I asked. The food was very good. The community was beautiful. They serve three meals a day. The common spaces were beautiful and newly renovated. The room sizes were very nice. The bathrooms allowed shower chairs, which is what my dad needs. It's very nice. The staff was excellent.

Pine Ridge of Plumbrook was excellent. It's very friendly. Exceptional food. Many amenities. The dining area is very, very nice. The rooms are also very nice. They are not large though. The upkeep is gorgeous. The grounds are very nice. They have a walking path around the facility, which is not large. I think they have 117 apartments. They have a beauty salon. They have a small theater. They have physical therapy five days a week. They have transportation, and they have scheduled shopping trips. They have a small chapel and a small exercise area.

The apartments are lovely and well-maintained they get lots of natural light and really have everything you could possibly need my mom lives in this community and I tell her all the time I could live here some of her favorite things to do are the Friday afternoon horse races she loves bingo and they are always always having some kind of creative class whether it's making wine or beer or joining a book club , they always have something interesting to look forward to. Something we are looking forward to is a family coming up is there having a Hawaiian luau pig roast and my mom's grandchildren who are adults especially love to visit her on Fridays for the horse races

I really like Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. I have no complaints at all. My uncle's apartment is very nice, open, wheelchair accessible, and very clean; it's just perfect for him. The staff members are just awesome people, very friendly, and supportive, which is just the highest level of a compliment I could give them. They have several different activities for him to do, but right now, due to COVID, everything isn't open for everyone to go in there. I highly recommend this place. Anything they can do to make him comfortable, they're definitely doing.

My aunt and I liked Pine Ridge of Plumbrook a lot. It was very homey looking and very inviting on the outside. The apartment looked very nice and the amenities were very good. The food and bus transportation was very good. The one-bedroom was perfect for what she needs. The facility was very nice and clean. They offer three meals a day and she will be able to go down and get drinks any time of day. They give out snacks. The staff member was very nice, showed us a couple of rooms, and showed us around the place, including the movie room and the salon. The room that they showed us had a balcony that overlooked a courtyard with trees and flowers and it was very pretty.

My mom is living at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. It's very clean and well-managed. The social activities are fun and my mom seems to enjoy them. She says the food is fine, not something that she jumps up and down about, but she doesn't have complaints about it. The rooms are very nice. They have laundry available, an activity center, a movie room, and some extra services that you can pay for if you need them, which makes it convenient.

My Mom is living at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook Senior Living and our family is 100% happy. After looking at every other place for my Mom we decided on Pine Ridge. It is not only the cleanest place we've seen but it's the friendliest. The entire staff is like family to everyone. There is always an activity or outing planned for those who want to join in. The food is good and they are always taking suggestions and trying to meet the needs of all. Opportunities to leave the building and go shopping or take field trips or out for a meal are offered weekly. Entertainment is brought in 1-2 times per week. The staff at Pine Ridge go above and beyond what is expected and is done in a friendly, caring manner.

They were doing so many activities with the residents at the Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. We happened to get there at lunchtime, and they were doing activities with the male and the female residents in different rooms. Once a week, they do a male party as well as a female party where they let the residents select what they want, and the men were having white castles, so they were so excited. The apartments do not really have full-size kitchens or full-size anything because they expect that you are going to use their dining area. It was more like assisted living. From an independent standpoint, the staff was super friendly and super great, and I loved the staff. But the community wasn’t active enough for an independent living situation. I would put them over the top active for assisted living. It is in a nice quiet area down the street that I was afraid mom would get lost driving in and out of because the roads are kind of confusing. It was really the location why we didn’t select it because mom really liked this place. It is just independent living, but they have a third-party that can offer assistance for people who need it. They are not really assisted living, but they are almost there. They are doing everything they can to help the residents. Of all of the places that we went to, the Pine Ridge places had the best staff.

So far Pine Ridge is good; it’s very clean, and they take good care of the place. The apartments are really nice; they have 2 bedroom and bathroom. The food could be a little better, but it's decent -- 3 meals a day. I haven’t heard my mom complain.

My mother is a fairly new resident at Pine Ridge. She fell and had a one week hospital stay and one month stay at rehab, just prior to moving to Pine Ridge. I credit Pine Ridge with having a huge impact on her recovery. We are very pleased with the facility and with the care she is receiving. The Pine Ridge staff is very caring and strives to provide a positive atmosphere. My mother is enjoying the many social activities and special events . . . and at one point during her hospital/rehab stay, I did not think this would be possible. Thank you Pine Ridge for all you do for your residents.

Everything seems fine at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. My relatives have only been there since the end of April. The staff seems fairly accommodating. Sometimes there are a few issues, but that is not unusual, and the food seems fine. They always watch baseball games in their theater room. They have movie nights. They take them to ball games. They always have entertainment in there. People come in, sing, and play music. They have a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen that has a small stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a little step-in shower.

They answered a lot of questions and provided a lot of information and activities. They are good people. According to my parents, the food is good. It is very pleasant, and the people are very nice. It is clean, and there is a lot to do too.

I visited Pine Ridge of Plumbrook. The rooms were quite adequate and more impressive than the other places that I looked at. The staff seemed very responsive. They seemed to have quite an activity. They had movies, outing, crafts, and bingo. What stood out to me was that everything was inclusive. I would consider the place for my loved one.

My mother is in Pine Ridge. It's an independent-living/assisted living facility. She likes it; it's clean. Even though you're in your own apartment, they have staff that comes in, and helps you out. They will do your laundry for you if you want. If you're not feeling up to going out of the apartment, they'll bring you your lunch, dinner, and breakfast. If you have a pet, you can bring it with you. My mom has a beagle. I like the fact that the staff seems to be personable. They know my mom. They call her by her name. I'd like to live there, but I'm too young.

My brother, sisters and I -- every time we speak, we say that Pine Ridge is the best thing that has happened to our mom. It is great for her sense of well-being. She is able to have a sense of community, independence and a support group. It allowed us to not worry so much about her living on her own. We are very pleased with the community, the support group and the staff. She is really enjoying herself. My mom is sharing an apartment. They had a two-bedroom and two-bathroom suite. It is very spacious and very well kept. The housekeeping staff comes once a week. They do the linen, do the laundry and they clean. The woman that my mom is sharing the apartment with, is in the same rehabilitation center my mom was in, and they become good friends. Everything is included in the amenities that they offer. They can have snack and beverages whenever they want. They have a call button and if they don't come down at a certain time, a member of the staff will come up and check on them. On the other hand, they offer a service where my mother's medication can be monitored. We will pay a fee for it, but it ensures that she takes her medication properly and on time. We are very pleased overall and will absolutely recommend them.

My folks live here. Their apartment is spacious and is cleaned once a week. The cleaners know my folks and share stories and jokes with them. The food is good, and if my mom wants something else, she can order her BLT with extra crispy bacon whenever she wants. My dad really likes the friendship with the other men, especially the card players. We feel good about the care and the eyes that are on mom and dad when we aren't there.

My father lived in this community for several months. It was a wonderful facility but the staff is what made it such an excellent place. The friendliness and dedication was immediately evident. Very comfortable rooms, great food, and really appreciated the night/morning room check system. Security without loss of privacy. Very nice.

My sister and I visited Pine Ridge of Plumbrook Retirement Community when we were looking for a place for our mother. The place was very nice. It's in a good place. Actually the girl who gave the tour was extremely nice.

Pine Ridge is a beautiful facility. The staff is very welcoming, very helpful, and they are really focused on their patients. They were doing different exercises for different patients when I was there, and I watched the exercises they were doing with memory-loss patients. Pine Ridge also has very nice rooms, and they even have companion rooms where there are two people sharing the cost. That's actually good for my mom, not because of our money issues but because it would be nice that she has someone to talk to instead of watching TV all the time. The rooms have 2 bathrooms, they have a common area with TV, and a small kitchen and pantry. They do charge extra for extra help. We had a complimentary lunch with my husband and mom, and they have very good food.
