Mom is at Sterling Place. It is OK. It's not bad up there. The only thing is, they got new management and they used to serve three meals a day, but they're cutting out the main breakfast to just continental breakfast, and they are supposed to have a good lunch, but they're cutting out the dinner altogether and they're saying now they'll drop their rent a couple hundred dollars because they're knocking off the dinner and the breakfast. The staff seems pretty good. Right now, since the new management has taken over, they're cleaning a whole lot of stuff. They're putting in a new carpet and painting everything. So, they're cleaning it up pretty well. They've been having a lot of activities like games and I believe they have some kind of a church session going on because I know they do a lot of prayers and stuff like that, but I don't know in the future if they're cutting down a couple of those or not.

I toured Sterling Place. My tour went great. It was pretty much like what they explained it to be. It was great. Everything was good. The rooms were nice. They showed me a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom. They also showed me the dining area and other little things that go on inside the community. The staff members I met were good, too.

Sterling Place was very well kept. The lady who gave me the tour explained to me that they were remodeling certain parts of the facility. So when I went to go look at it, they had rugs and stuff that they were pulling up. She was telling me that they were doing some painting and some remodeling, but that was fine. The building was still nice and clean. It had fewer amenities, but they were charging more of a one-time fee. The fee is what gets me. The building was nice and clean. They have a library and a dining area where you can take your guests, or just sit in there and watch TV. They have an area where you can go and sit down and play games with your guests. You get three meals a day. The bedroom was too small for me but still nice. The washer-dryer was not in your room, but it was on the floor. Everything wasn't exactly up to par, but it wasn't dirty. They were taking apart and putting stuff together, but other than that, the tour was fine. The facility was nice and clean. The apartment that I saw was kind of small for me.

My sister loved them. They have live activities there every day, and they also serve food. They have a dining area and a little cafeteria. The staff that we met during the tour was very courteous and kind. The salesperson was very nice and very accommodating.

The tour I had with them was very nice. The lady told me to take my time and just let her know what I wanted to do. She was very, very friendly. I talked to her for a good half an hour. We talked about some things and she's very friendly and respectful and told me to call. She then showed me a nice-sized one-bedroom. They also had a community room and they were having a gathering for people who wanted to join in. I told the lady I would probably come and she said I could. They had a woman up there singing and people sitting around watching. It was a very friendly and caring place.

I toured here. It was a very nice place. The staff was knowledgeable. He told me about their program and what they would charge if my grandmother needed assistance and that she would be re-evaluated frequently. The room that I saw was nice. I liked that it was a 1-bedroom and the setup was fine. The place was clean and decent. They had a game room, a movie room, and a courtyard.

I toured here. It was a nice community. I saw a 1-bedroom apartment and it was nice and clean. The dining room was nice and it looked out to an outdoor space. They had a gym and game rooms. I saw the residents interacting while playing cards or watching TV. They had a walking area outside.

We toured here, and my mom liked it a lot. The facility was nice. It was very clean and modern. We liked the size of the apartment. They had a lot of recreational things for the residents, and she likes that. The staff was very nice and very attentive. They followed up with me with phone calls. They also gave us a great tour and introduced us to the cook staff.

I toured here for my friend. It was nice and clean, and I didn't have any problems. I liked the fact that the staff was nice and the place was super, and I mean super, super, super clean. The rooms were extra large. I know that being there would be nice. I was surprised. The building itself was immaculate. They showed a room where you can play bingo. I would recommend that they check it out because it's nice.

I toured here. The staff took me to the game room, and the piano room and I did a tour of a one-bedroom apartment, which was nice. He was getting ready to take me to the other side, but it was a room like the rest of them, so I didn't let him. I just left after that. Everything was perfect. He showed me the dining room, and it was very neat and clean. The staff who did the tour was a nice man. They had a salon and a library. They were pretty small rooms though. The staff did the best he could.

It was pretty nice, but my friend wanted the two-bathroom, more than anything. He said it's for when his son comes from out of town. He was stuck on that two-bathroom thing. I didn't think it was necessary, but he did. They didn't have any two-bathroom. They only had the bathroom in the lobby and then one bathroom in the apartment. The staff was very nice and very friendly. The rooms were a little smaller than where we ended up, but they were decent-sized. That was gonna be our choice until we found the other one. A friend of mine lives there. I had gone there for a meal with her on Thanksgiving, and the meals were very tasty. I enjoyed it. The dining area was nice. The people that were there were very friendly and very nice. They had a nice-sized lobby and a piano. I thought that was nice. The people didn't just seem to be staying in their apartment. They were mingling and out and about. They were doing an exercise.

I went here. There were a lot of options for community activities. I like the fact that you could get your choice of carpet or laminate flooring, that looks like hardwood, but it was laminate. It was a clean facility. The grounds were nice, and the staff was nice. The staff was a perfect fit for the job, very personable, really informative. She took a lot of notes as to what I wanted. They offered meals, but in the apartment, there was a kitchenette. Their kitchen was small, but it had full-size appliances. They had a washer-dryer on the floor, which they offered the option of someone doing your laundry, or you're doing that yourself. The kitchen had a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. They had a balcony and courtyard.

I liked them. It's roomy, and they have both single bedrooms and double bedrooms. I liked the double bedroom the most because I don't like small places. The help seems very helpful. The girl that took us on the tour was really nice and very helpful too. They have a laundry room, where you could go in to do your own laundry. You use a card for it, so you don't always have to have money with you. If you're not a resident there, you have to get screened to go in (even other family members) to make sure you don't have a fever and whatnot. Then you get a little badge saying that you're OK to come in. The dining room was large, and they have activities over there. I was really impressed with them.
