I visited Ferndale Park Co-op. In the room they had a kitchenette and a bath. It was a nice place. The staff members were very nice. I had to go back and collect some more information and stuff and they were real patient. I am considering getting an apartment there. They have a laundry room on each floor. They have activities they do there. They play bingo. They have their own heat and air; you control that yourself.

My mom is living at Royal Oak Towers and it is OK. They're doing some maintenance work in the building, so it's looking good. The elevator goes out more often than not and it could be a nuisance. They have Bingo, and there's a salon and a computer room. My mom's apartment is a 1-bedroom with a bathroom. It's homey and clean.

a good freind lives at ROT. That should be the name for the place. Some cover up remodeling has been done but the place is dirty and unsafe. Elevator break down, and some people should not be living there. Police and firemen visit alot. management and srvice coord don't care about tenents. My freind is scared to walk in neighborhood crime is high. grocery store could be a lot better.

I didn't like the Royal Oaks Tower. I didn't like the size of the apartments and the quality of care there. The staff was not very punctual or professional. It did have some good features like a nice recreation area outside where you can have barbecue or a picnic, but the community room was not well-maintained. Their building looks nice on the outside, but needs a lot of work inside.
