My Father was at this facility and it was the worst experience ever. The new administrator is a young man that is clueless on the actual needs and wants of the folks living there. He is so worried about cutting cost and could care less about the care. I would come in at night after dinner and find that my father was not being attended to cause staff was sitting down playing on their phones or the nurse to worried about watching his wrestling on Facility tv. There was 2 weeks my father went without tv cause of building problems and staff did nothing to help residents, the administrator also did nothing.

Left hand does not know what the right is doing. Given totally inaccurate information at admission, including ins. info incorrect, three different staff will give you three different answers, then get offended if you go above and the upper management has not a clue either. Avoid, avoid and avoid.

If I could rate this facility a negative then it would be a negative star. Management at this facility has gone down hill in the last year. One of the Directors of nursing can be heard all the time talking about her wild weekends and that she is better at drinking and driving then what she is at texting and driving, the employees all look worn out and unappreciated. Please stay away from this facility.

This facility has gone downhill since about February. The last month before quarantine I noticed the care declining. Staff not happy. Residents sitting in halls looking unkept. Staff were very vocal and upset about new leadership and working short. My loved one is no longer there but I would never recommend another one to go there.

The administration at this facility has gone down hill fast. When I visit my grandma I can tell the staff morale has changed, they don’t care as much. One of the aides was telling me she’s looking for a new job. When I asked to talk to the DON that has been really good I was told she is no longer there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone put a loved one here right now. I am moving my grandma as soon as I find a new place for her.

We went straight to the care facility the hospital sent my mother-in-law. She has been in Bay County for about a month, and they are doing a great job. She is in a full care facility. I think they are doing a fine job there. The facility is very nice and clean. You walk in, and there is no odor. She is taken care of very well there. The management appears to be very caring as well.
