I want to share my experience with The Bradford Senior Living. My husband, John, suffers from vascular dementia (dx 01/19), and after a difficult time at his previous facility which could not ensure his safety, I had only 24 hours to find him a new home. Thankfully, I found The Bradford. From the very beginning, they have done an excellent job, providing the care and attention John needs. I am truly thankful for the wonderful staff, and I keep both the staff and residents in my prayers. If I had to describe The Bradford in one word, it would be "Great".

The Bradford Senior Living was a lovely place. The staff was wonderful. The welcome and the tour was lovely. It was very nice. They showed me the actual room and the dining room. I took a tour of the entire place. It's an A-plus for cleanliness. It was like a bed and breakfast. It was beautiful. I noticed that the residents were out and interacting with each other. I also looked at an activity board to see what they do every day, which was very nice.

We are extremely dissatisfied with the service at this facility. While the overall facility is nice on the surface, when you dig deeper, problems can be found. My loved one is not cared for in a caring and compassionate manner. She is often dismissed or talked down to. She has to wait for long periods of time when assistance of any kind is needed (other than mealtimes). Her room is not kept clean, the bathroom is gross. Her clothing is bunched up and shoved in drawers. Items in her room are frequently moved when she is absent (which I have personal experience with from things I left in there- only to return and couldn't find them. I have walked in her room expecting to see my loved one but have found a caregiver on the phone sitting on her furniture. Overall communication from the facility to family is poor - we are not notified of changes or even updated on any kind of regular basis. There are no regular care conferences to discuss care of my loved one with the onsite staff. If you are considering this facility, please talk to the residents first!!

I went to look here. The staff member was wonderful. She was personable and had a lot of different ideas that she came up with that could be implemented in taking care of my friend. She was like a warm campfire that I was very comfortable with. She was very caring and genuine. The rooms were older and smaller. It was an older establishment, but it was beautifully run. It's a wonderful place. I saw the dining area, but we didn't eat. There was a wonderful staff that really took care of them. One woman was doing everybody's hair for them, which is just a very cool thing to see. They were going on a little boat tour with some people there, so they're very active. They have a lot of activities, like bingo going on in one place and storytelling in another. The hallways were narrow. I really liked them.

I went here. I was very pleased with it. It was clean. The residents that I came in contact with seemed happy. I like the facility as a whole. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, but they were nice. The facility itself, and the grounds were also very pleasant, and the workers that I came in contact with were pleasant. They had physical therapy right there, which we were interested in. Seems like they had enough activities for the residents to be involved in. The one that gave us a tour was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions.

My mother is here. It seems homey and friendly. They have her in memory care right now. I've seen the food, but I've not tried it. It's not gourmet by any chance, but it's fine. They have walking, bingo, the music occasionally and somebody comes in, and arts and crafts. Carl's golf club is right next to it, and it's across Costco and McDonald's.

My visit with them was fine. The atmosphere was great. It was a lovely place. Everybody was nice, and the residents seemed fine. Everything looked great, and there were locks on the doors. The rooms were not too big and not too small. Everything looked fine, and everyone looked happy.
