My mom stayed for about a month at this rehab facility & overall she was comfortable during her stay. The staff was professional and accommodating. Please try to have staff in the future with multilingual capabilities.

POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF AND RESIDENT FAMILIES. I WOULDNT LET THEM CARE FOR A PET ROCK. After staying there my mother is worse than when she went in. The nursing director, PT, OT, and the social worker, don't communicate well with the family members or each other at all. We paid for an extra week for her to be cared for and it was a waste of $$$. The nurses and the aides were wonderful and really cared, but management at this facility could care less. The physical therapist kept the aides hands tied and wouldn't let them help my mother stand, pivot, walk, or anything. If he had she may be better than she is right now. This is one of the nursing homes I would stay far away from.

I can't say enough great things about Regency as Bluffs Park. Their staff - from maintenance to aids to nurses to admin - are professional, proficient, and caring. They consistently went above and beyond while caring for my mom. The facility was kept clean and their activities staff was always welcoming. My mom love getting her nails painted and receiving cards that she could give to others. You can tell employees take pride in their work.
