Brookdale W. Eisenhower Pkwy is a dementia and Alzheimer's facility. My dad is living there and its going great. We chose them because it was suggested and it's where he was accepted. The residents have complete access to everything on the grounds and there's a courtyard in the middle of the building. It's in a square so they can walk around in the hallways, dining, and activity rooms. The rooms are very nice and they have a bed, table, dresser, a big overstuffed chair with a little table, and lighting, and my dad also has a love seat in there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My father loves the food and he raves about it all the time. They have stuff all the time for them to do, and it's scheduled almost all day long. My dad doesn't really participate in them because he says they're too boring or too simple.

My mother hasn't moved here yet, but after several visits and conversations with staff, I am very confident that this is the absolute best place for her. Individualized care, good staff-to-resident ratio, very pleasant environment. Everything appeared very clean. The staff remembered me on the second and third visit, and I observed caring interactions with residents.

Brookdale W. Eisenhower Pkwy was very lovely. The facility is very nice. The rooms are very nice. It's very cheerful and colorful. The staff was wonderful. It's pricier and it's probably well worth it, but I can't afford it. They have a library, an exercise room, outdoor areas like courtyards that are quite nice, and a garden that residents can tend to if they want.

Brookdale W. Eisenhower Pkwy was an extremely functional facility. It's in a circle, so there's a centralized courtyard, which for me was important, because that meant that there wasn't any way for my father-in-law to really feel out of place, and that he would be safe. The staff was incredibly kind while the residents that were out and about were mostly happy. There weren't any red flags of any kind. Everybody seemed to really enjoy being there. I didn't get to do much with the food, but they showed me where they eat. The director was really nice. They had a gift for me, they were cookies, and they answered all my questions. They were open to having pets, which was one of our questions, but the cost was the only concern we had. Because of it being memory care only, and because of their extra fees like having pets, the cost became an issue.

I liked the way they dealt with the people at Brookdale West Eisenhower Parkway (Clare Bridge of Ann Arbor). I thought it was good. The gentleman that took us through the facility was very helpful.

It's terrible. I wouldn't put a dog at Clare Bridge of Ann Arbor. One of the aides pushed my mom in the door and slammed the door on her thus chopping off her fingers. That is a very traumatic experience. The facility itself is a pretty good place, but they had a whole change of staff in less than 3 months from the director all the way to the aides. Nobody knows nothing and half the records are missing or incomplete on every patient there. That means medication, care, and everything to do with the residents. I was told by the staff themselves that they are hiring people off the street with no experience at all for 5 to 6 dollars an hour and that's why they fired everybody. The place needs to be shut down. It's very serious case. I've been a nurse for 30 years and I've never seen such thing. She has been there less than three months. I had also three people that lived there for the last month and her mom also got hurt.

Clare Bridge Ann Arbor was a little bit bigger and had more people so it wasn't quite as homey. It was close to an hour's drive one way and that was too far for us. We thought if we couldn't find anything else that was acceptable then my dad would have to move there. They have kitchens set up so people could see them and have their meal there. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were willing to help with you with the cost and all.

The facility was immaculately maintained. The staff were always friendly, and it was obvious that they enjoyed working there. The rooms were spacious and decorated very modern, leaving you with a feeling of being in your home. The program was very tailored to the specific needs of my grandmother. They were able to provide her with comfort and care. The staff frequently performed assessments to ensure that the level of care and services being offered were exactly what was needed. The staff ensured that the family members were part of the assessment process, taking into account their concerns for my grandmother. The facility particularly catered to persons with dementia and alzheimers, therefore, they had to maintain a facility that was safe for these types of patients. The doors had alarms on them so that the patients could not walk out on their own. I feel that this facility goes above and beyond for their patients and family.
