I moved into Maple Heights. The people are very nice, like from the kitchen to the front desk to the girls that bring the food, or cleaning. They're all very courteous and helpful. You can have the meals sent up to your room if you don't want to go to the dining room. There's three meals a day and housekeeping. If you want to wash your own personal clothes there you can do that. The food is really pretty good. It's a little bit on the bland side, but I happen to like that. I cannot eat highly seasoned food. I have not seen a swimming pool. They have exercise classes almost every morning. They have activities that they do with the people. Then they have people come in and play music for them. They have karaoke and bowling. There's at least six things per day to do. They take you grocery shopping and to doctors' appointments, they go to restaurants, they have ice cream socials. Everything I have ever needed, they're right there. It's worth every penny.

I am a resident of Maple Heights. It's a very pleasant place, and everybody here is so friendly and helpful, so I do like it. The staff was wonderful. They want to help in every way, so I like them very much. I like everything that they've served, it's been good. They have exercise downstairs and they have Bible studies downstairs. Yesterday or the day before, a lady came and played the flute and the music was very entertaining. They have a TV room where everybody can go in there to watch TV together and associate. They've got card games and different crafts and all of that. The biggest reason too is the money because it was the most reasonable.

I visited Maple Heights. I liked it all. It was very nice, clean, warm, and friendly. There were a lot of activities and different things for the seniors. They had transportation for doctors' appointments. They had a beauty salon there and they had a lot of amenities, almost anything that they would like. I didn't try their meals but I heard the food was pretty good. The staff was nice.

My mother is at Maple Heights Senior Living. They have reasonably priced rent inclusive of three meals a day, and all of the utilities are included with the exception of phone and cable. It's a clean safe environment, and the staff seems to be very friendly. They can have additional services as needed for your loved ones for assistance with daily care, medication assistance, and things like that. Also included in the rent is weekly housekeeping and weekly cleaning of your bathroom. So they have a lot to offer and additional services that are included. It's independent living, but they also have a component where if you need assistance, you can pay extra for that. The staff are nice, personable, and helpful. So, no complaints there. I have not tried their food, but other family members have, and they say the food is pretty good. My mother seems to be satisfied with the food. They have done a little bit of renovation recently. But the living space that my mother is in, everything is functional and clean. They have various activities for the residents. During holidays they have special functions. Throughout the year they have things to do. They also have transportation to take the residents off-site to various locations and appointments and things like that. So that's another plus.

Maple Heights Senior Living has a nice building, and the people seemed fine. The apartments are very small, and there's no outside area, as far as being able to sit and be outside, which is important. They were informative and friendly, but it's just not a fit for me. They have a gym, salon, in-house laundry, and they have a nice dining room. If the people who wanted to go and sit outside, there was just a little tiny space between the building and the parking lot.

The residents made my mom feel loved and wanted. The nurses and staff made us feel like we had people in our corner when times got tough. Go and see. Talk with the people.

We have had 2 of our family members live at Maple Heights. It was very comforting to set up their apartments with their own furniture and decor-it made them feel like home. The rooms are good sized to be comfortable and we also enjoy the patio. The staff at Maple Heights are very warm and friendly. Always checking to see that the resident is comfortable as well as how the family is doing. We appreciate how they look out for new residents to make sure they are comfortable and help them feel a part of the community. They do have a large dining room for the residents to gather and enjoy their meals. They have a regular menu for the week (changes each week) but then offer a list of second choices if they would prefer. They have a recreation director that creates a calendar of events for the month. Activities are games such as bingo , trivia, puzzles, crafts etc. They also have movie nights and bring in entertainment. For residents who are interested, they have field trips to the store, restaurants, events, bowling, Christmas Lights etc which my family has enjoyed. We are very pleased with the services that are available at Maple Heights.

My parents live in Maple Heights and I'm not happy with it, but everybody's having a hard time keeping staff and having enough staff right now, so that could be part of it. There's a problem with the food and the other day, they didn't have the staff so they couldn't shower dad. The meal portions I think are rather small (it has gotten better though). The activities were cut back because of COVID and I don't think they're back up to full speed, but my mom doesn't do that much because she takes care of my dad. What they have are just movies, sing-alongs, and somebody that comes in and gives communion.

I liked Maple Heights. They were a little cheaper. The only thing was they only had two small elevators for the whole building, and it's a pretty big building. Other than that, I liked everything about it. It was nicely updated and all the residents seemed truly happy to be there. They were walking around and enjoying the grounds. I liked the activity and the feeling of the place. It was beautiful and updated nicely. There's new carpet in the hallways and each door had a personalization to it, which I liked. They have balconies and I like that, too. The woman who did the tour was very helpful and had answers to every question.

Maple Heights Senior Living was very nice and clean, but the apartments were smaller than what we were looking for. They only had one-bedroom apartments. The staff was very nice and very pleasant. We even met some of the residents who only had nice things to say about the staff. They had a library and a community room, and they do shopping trips and excursions.

Everything was very good at Maple Heights. I am very happy with it and have nothing bad to say. The services and the amenities were very nice, and the price was average. I liked that it was very comfortable, very nice, and very friendly. They had very spacious apartments. The common dining area was very nice, and the food was good. They had a big, spacious, old-fashioned dining room, which was very nice and very classy.

We went to Maple Heights. It was nice. It was our second favorite place out of all of the places that we visited for my father. It was very comfortable. The room was nice. They wanted people to do things, but I didn't think that they offered as many things to do community-wise as the other facility did. They had things on their calendar but for me, it wasn't the things that involved the residents with the community. They would go the grocery store one day a week, they do banking every week, and they do little trips around. They did say if the residents have some place that they would like to go, then they would put that on the calendar for them. They were accommodating, but it wasn't as friendly an environment. Inside their facility, their dining room looked nice, but the dining room at the other facility looked like a 5-star hotel dining room. When we looked at the rooms for my dad with his thoughts in mind, he was going to be on the 9th or the 10th floor, but we really wanted him on the 1st floor. This facility doesn't have 1st floor apartments. They start off on the 3rd floor and go up with all of their apartments. The first two floors were common areas for all the residents. The food menus looked wonderful; I was very impressed. Their staff was a 5, and the whole place I would rate a 4. It was still very nice but not as nice as the other facility. The staff was very friendly. They bent over backward to talk to us and to answer all of our questions. They were very enthused with their site. They were very accommodating. They wanted us to feel welcome, and they wanted us to feel that we would be very a good part of their community.

One of the reasons why we chose Maple Heights was that it was recommended by his doctor. From what I've seen, the food is very superb. They serve very good food. They have activities almost every day for him. They take the residents to places on certain days and to doctor's appointments. They also have outings. Dad has a studio apartment with a kitchen and a living room. I have been very pleased with the staff whenever I go there. The staff that I dealt with has been exceptionally polite and seemed knowledgeable on things. I really can't say anything negative about them.
