My mother's room was dirty, was told by Morgan, my expectations were to high. I had to chase most nurses to make sure my mother got her meds. Was told that when mother was dying, we would have a private room with comforts, did not happen, while mother was dying, maintenance came into her room, unplugged her oxygen to plug what he needed. Morgan and Nicole are very unprofessional and loud, and they lie They barged into mother's room and scared my mother, and me. Mother's clothes, glasses and items were always disappearing.

I stayed here for a short time. I was cold and nothing was done about it for 4 days. Just given blankets and gloves to wear. Not very comfortable. Finally after calling main office I got moved to a warm room. The food was terrible. One meal consisted of plain rice and a bag of salty potato chips. On cardiac diet. Another was tater tots and carrots. And a burnt grilled cheese once that I sent back. The staff the aids and nurses and physical therapy was nice. No complaints there. I was scheduled for surgery in GR . They were supposed to do Covid test. They did but never sent the necessary results to the hospital . Rooms were clean but TV didn't work well. I would never go back.
