My wife and I have been living here in Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay for two years now. They have an excellent staff and the place is constantly maintained. They've got some exercise classes, good food, and I have not found anything better than this facility. Everything is covered, except for the telephones, that's the only thing that's not covered, but they have done everything possible to keep the COVID out of here until just one particular time, but it was only here for a week, and we've kept it out since.

I toured Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay. I liked the location. There is nothing I like the least about it. I liked it very much. The staff were very friendly. They had everything that I cared about. They had a hair salon, they had a bus for transportation, and they had just a theater and a pub. They had just about everything. It was perfect. It was very clean. Extremely clean.

Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay seemed like a great facility. The staff was very friendly. The residents seemed very active. The person who gave me the tour was wonderful, and I really liked her. The dining area was fine and kind of casual. They have games, movies, live entertainment in the dining area, and outings to the town. They have a salon and a fitness room.

I like Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay. I thought it was a very nice place. It's something that I would honestly consider. I like the location. It's right on Cape Cod Canal. You could walk very easily if you wanted to go over. The facility itself was very nice. The unit felt large. There is ample space there. They seem to have a lot of programs for the people there. They had several places for eating. They had a pub and a dining room. They offered a sort of continental breakfast which you could go down, pick up stuff, and take back to your unit if you want. I did not eat there, but the menu looked good, and there was a good variety. It looked like they did several day trips or things like that. The staff members were very attentive to my questions and showed me everything that could be seen.

Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay has much more activity than the other place we toured; the residents were much more visible as they were out and about. It seemed to be a smaller space. I just felt like there was a warmth and connection with the staff immediately upon going into the place. I just felt like it was very authentic. Everybody wasn't perfect, but it was like you knew when you walked in what it would feel like. I felt very comfortable there. They offered me food but I had to leave. I saw a continental breakfast. They gave their residents soup and salad for lunch; apparently they had a full meal for dinner. They talked about the activities that they had and they were posted around. So you knew what was being offered when, and it felt more like people were using the activities that were offered. All the residents were addressed by name, so the staff seemed to know them.

We were able to tour Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay. They showed us the boudoir and 2-bedrooms. Then we took a visit into the assisted living to see what the differences were in the size of the rooms. We looked at the dining area and we looked at the trail that goes down to the canal. They had their activities there. There were people doing volunteer work and sending out care packages to people. There's a weight room with exercise machines, they have field trips that take people places, and there were a lot of decent options. The rooms were clean, the one who toured us said that every time there's a departure, the crew comes in and they replace the carpets and do some deep cleaning. When people move into a unit that is new to them, it's fairly clean and fresh. The building has only been there for about six or seven years, so it's a nice place. The staff is pleasant, they welcomed us, they didn't know who we were, but they welcomed us. When we ran into two workers in the corridors, they stopped and chatted with us. We asked questions and they were good with their answers.

My tour of Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay was great. The person who took me on the tour was fabulous and very knowledgeable about the facility. The place was extremely clean, brand new, and very nice. I liked it a lot. It's quite expensive, but it felt more like a hotel. They offer a lot of activities and programs. I have a co-worker who has a family member who lives in their memory care unit, so it came highly recommended. It's a beautiful place.

I've seen the entirety of Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay. Their respite care was a little less expensive than others per day. The rooms were lovely, and they furnish them for respite care. If you become a resident, you furnish your own room. The rooms were large, but the bathrooms were small. The people I met seemed nice. The building was new and looked new.

Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay was a very nice place, but it's across the Cape Cod Bridge, and for me, it would be a half hour to get there at least and I want something closer. I have a friend who lives there, and he and his wife like it very much. It's brand new. We ate there, and the dining room was very nice and the food was good.

I thought Keystone Place was lovely, the amenities they offered were perfect for my situation at that time, and I would highly recommend them. The staff I saw was very pleasant, friendly, accommodating, and answered any questions and concerns that I had. The rooms, accessories, and decorations were beautiful, welcoming, and very homey. The apartment that I looked up for my mother was beautiful, clean, immaculate, and very nice.

Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay was a very nice facility. It was a bigger facility that had independent, assisted, and memory care units. It was a very good tour. The people were very extraordinary. They gave us information about other places that they thought were very good. This was another place that was very good, but it was extraordinarily expensive too. It was a brand new facility and everything was nice. They seemed to have a full list of activities too like the other places. Actually, this group of people suggested that we look at the place where we ended up putting my brother.

I only visited Keystone, which is where my mom is. The food is excellent. They have all kinds of activities, like bingo, arts and crafts, songs, and trips. The rooms are very nice, clean, and cheery. The dining area is beautiful. They have an exercise room. It is really a nice location. It is right near Cape Cod Canal and very cheery and light. It is very nice.

We visited Keystone once, and they only have independent and assisted living. The staff was very friendly, and they obviously did a good job in training the personnel. They have a very nice trail on the property down to the Cape Cod canal -- it was just a short walk -- and they have a bench there.

I liked Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay. It was either independent living where you're totally on your own or assisted where you have three meals a day, but that was too much. I like the location but I certainly don't need three meals a day. It's good. The rooms were nice, big, and had a kitchenette. It had nice hallways. The grounds were very good. There were elevators.

We visited Keystone (Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay). It was fine, and my first or second pick, but we wanted to keep my mother closer to Harwich, which is where she lives. The rooms were fairly good. We were looking for the memory care, and it seemed pretty good, but the outside garden area wasn’t that impressive. The staff members were very good. The amenities looked very nice, and everything seemed cozy. One of the things we wanted to stay away from was those taller buildings, and Keystone is tall, but the memory care was on the first floor, which was smart.

Keystone Place seemed very nice. It was brand new and only about a third occupied. It was a very nice facility. The people who work there are very nice, and the people who are already living there were very enthusiastic about the place. Mom seemed very pleased with it and is picking Keystone.
