The nurses to the caretakers are the most helpful, kind people I have ever met. My mother has been there fr almost 2 weeks and is treated wth such kindness and respect. I would recommend this rehab to anyone. And I want to thank you for everything you ALL have done. Daughter of vernas stamatos.

Dont go there. Terrible help with patients. Never answer call button. Never give showers. Food is not good. Full of cockroaches. Dont have enough help 20 patients to one nurse. You could be dead for hours before anyone knows. This place ought to be ashamed of itself..

My mother was transferred to your Braintree sight on Friday evening from a hospital. she is recovering from the Corvid virus. She was placed in the Alzheimer's unit Windsor . she does not have Alzheimer's, guess it was the only room available. We were so pleased to have her out of the hospital. Unfortunately it has been a nightmare for her and her family ever since. She was asked to be quit and go to sleep, don't call us and her help button string was removed the first night so she couldn't call for help. My mother has Parkinson's disease. She had an adult diaper but on, so they didn't have to toilet her or use a bed pan. Today they put a towel over her face to quiet her. last evening I had to call them at 6:45 becasue she hadn't had her dinner yet. The aid said she had and when he went to check she hadn't! I understand this is trying times for all of us especially the health care industry. I gather they are shot staffed and I feel for the employees applaud their endeavors. But abuse is abuse. I feel for the residents that do have Alzheimer's and no family members to speak for them!

My husband is in Royal Rehab and Nursing Center. The place is nice, big and clean. It is our choice because it is close by and convenient to home in going back and forth to visit. The personnel are very warm and friendly. They are profession but makes you feel like he is at home. My husband is in a shared room. It is set up more like your own bedroom and very spacious. The food is very nice. The have a lot activities and it depends on what floor you are in. My husband is in the dementia floor and they have a lot of activities every day. They have a playroom where they can play cards, read, watch TV and talk to other patients. They have an extra side lounge if the family comes up. If you want to be private, you can go private. If you want to mingle with the other patients, that is fine too. I also like that they take them on a tour.

After my father-in-law is released from the hospital, we move him to Royal Braintree Nursing & Rehabilitation Center because they are they only one who have a comprehensive Alzheimer's program. It is a very clean facility and I am very happy with it. My father-in-law is also happy there. They have a program for him like physical therapy and music and he is doing well. He actually looks much better.
