I liked The Lodge at Marlton. It didn't have a lot of grounds, but the apartment was beautiful. The staff was amazing, and they were very accommodating. They had a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious, with a small closet. There were common areas. There was a fitness center, a computer room, and a library.

We went to look at The Lodge at Marlton. The facility was clean. It was convenient because it was close to the shopping center. The tour was intimate and friendly. The units seemed to be fairly spacious. The building layout was convenient for residents. They had a recreation floor where everything down there was dedicated to recreation. They also had a laundry room. They had suites for out-of-town family members where they could stay if needed, which my parents liked. The staff seemed friendly. The only problem we saw with the place was that they had no parking options. It seems parking would be a problem for residents.

The Lodge at Marlton was very nice. The lady was very nice and showed me around. The apartments are nice. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are nice. I talked to a few people that lived there. They were very pleasant and welcoming. They had a two-bedroom apartment. They had a courtyard, a computer room, and a garden.

In December of 2019, I gave sold my home and moved into a two bedroom apartment in The Lodge at Marlton. This is proving to be one of the best decisions I've made. This was not a decision I made likely. I searched for independent senior living in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, DC before moving here to The Lodge at Marlton. Cost wise I could not be happier. The staff have been absolutely wonderful. The building is beautifully landscaped and well maintained inside and out. For what I have, two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dinette area and a kitchen, falls greatly within my income status. In addition, the residents are great. There are many activities and the staff goes out their way to make sure our needs are met. I'd like to send out a special thanks to Anna, the assistant manager, Raven, the activities coordinator, and of course Jeff, our maintenance man. Thanks guys, you are a terrific support team. Sincerely, Ms Alfreda Jones

Beautiful, well maintained inside and out. The lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. I have been here 3 years and love, love it. The manager and her staff are top notch.

The staff at Lodge at Marlton was very knowledgeable, very cooperative, very understanding, and very willing to help me with the transition for my mom. It is close to where I live now, so it is convenient for me to visit. From what I understand, they have a lot of activities in-house, and they provide shuttle services to places outside. They do day trips as well. In-house, the people do crafts and they also take the seniors on trips which I thought was very nice. The dining area setup was very clean, very bright, and very well organized. You have to have a key to get in, and you have to be buzzed in and escorted into the place. You can't just walk in from the street.

The Lodge at Marlton was nice. It was more of a high-rise building, but it was older, and it wasn't close to a hospital or anything like that. Those were the things that I look for. Regarding the staff, all of them had been very nice. They were very friendly people. However, the community was just too far away from my mom. The rooms were nice, but because Lodge at Marlton was an older community, the rooms were a little smaller. They were just average. They basically have the same activities. They have outside activities like cookouts, and they also have indoor activities like bingo, puzzles, and different things like that.

The Lodge at Marlton was nice, but it wasn't big enough. It was too small. The staff was very friendly, but I didn't get in contact with a lot of them. I just went in and talked with the person that was at the desk. They did have activities, I think at some point, they may take trips, they have a movie theater, exercise, and other stuff like that.
