My mom and my stepdad moved into The Lewis last weekend. The place is nice and clean. It's brand new and has only been in operation since April of this year. It has 6 floors, and they have a clubhouse, a party room, an exercise room, and a yoga room. They have a washer and dryer, wifi, and computers in the laundry room on each floor. Also, what I like about it is the kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It's like a high-end kitchen with soft-closing premium cabinets. They offer 1 and 2 bedrooms. They have wifi and a custom TV cable package for each unit that's free to the seniors. They give a laundry welcome card of $6 to new residents. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They are very responsive, and even the leasing staff is very responsive, as well. The neighbors are also very polite and pleasant. My mom has met a handful of neighbors already even though she has only moved there. Every week, they have card games, bingo, bus trips, and a lot of other activities. I am very happy, and my mom and my stepdad are very happy too.

My mom moved into The Lewis. It's a beautiful and brand-new senior living apartment building. It's very aesthetic. My mom has a one-bedroom. The residents are really friendly. They're just starting to plan and put out the calendar for their events because they're trying to get most of the residents in. It was a smooth process with getting my mom's paperwork and all that. Mr. D is really helping us all along. My mom feels like it's nice, calm, and quiet. They have a Bible study group, a meet and greet with new residents, a rooftop terrace, a yoga room, and a large party room. They are going to have more outings and shopping trips. They do not offer meals. The layout of the facility is very good.

My wife and I are living in The Lewis 62+ independent living community. It's a brand-new and secure building. We are in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment and we have a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The cable is also part of the rent. They have a washer and dryer facility on each floor. We have a room where you can go in and relax too. It has a pool table and stuff like that, and it's pretty nice. We make our own meals. I like their employees here, they're good.
