My dad is at Reliable Assisted Living and Training and we chose it for him because it is just a home. They have 24-hour nursing care, food, and snacks, and they plan plenty of activities. It's nice and clean. The owner is excellent. Even whatever favorite food they have, as long as it's within their diet, she will make sure to go out and get it and fix it for them. It's not one of those things where they cook the same thing for everyone. They would do different dishes with different people and they tailor them to what they want and the food is good. It's open 24 hours, so they encourage family members to come by. If you need to come by 2 a.m., you're welcome to do that. It's a new facility. So, anything that the owner recognizes is needed, she would do it. Like my father's room had twin beds, but he is six feet and so she immediately recognized that the bed was too small for him. She went and bought a brand new queen-size bed and mattress for him to fit him better. He was asked where he wanted his TV mounted and she then mounted it where he wanted it on the wall. Just little things like that make it so much better. The house is impeccable. It smelled so nice. They have a staircase, but they have a chair that goes up and they make sure anybody going up there is with them. When they found out dad loves puzzles, they put up a puzzle table for him. When they found out he likes karaoke, they had a karaoke night. They were singing along and some people got up and danced. They had the food for them. It was so nice to see them enjoying themselves, getting out. They are getting ready to have a Caribbean-themed night right now and she's even hiring a band for that. She believes in engaging. It's unbelievable how we got there. I'm so happy.

Awful, filthy facility. The owner and employees use foul language and scream at the residents. The meals are unhealthy and inconsistent. PLEASE do not leave your loved ones in the care of this terrible facility.
