My wife is at Candle Light Cove. The facility is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and immaculate, and it is just a terrific place. It is small, and the population is not very large. Out of the ones I saw and inquired about, it stands up there by itself; I don't think it is in comparison with any of the others I have seen.

We would have gone to Candle Light Cove, except when you run out of your personal funds, they don't have anything for Medicaid. It was a very nice place. We toured both assisted living and memory care, and it was very homey, very pleasant, and very clean. The rooms were very nice. You could have shared rooms or you can have a private room. The lady who did the tour was wonderful. She was great. The dining room was nice and they had another dining area that looked like a snack bar. They didn't have a whole lot of activities, but they had a luncheon room and some of the residents were out there. The lady said that because of the COVID restrictions that were in place previously, they really hadn't gotten back to their normal way, as far as everybody being in a room together.

My wife is happy in Candle Light Cove. It’s a small place with apartments, activities, and a very small population. The apartment my wife has is very nice, big, and clean. They feed her.

Candle Light Cove was small and more personal than the big facilities, and the price was better than some of the others I've seen. I was very pleased with the knowledgeable staff. The rooms were small but neat and clean. The facility was very nice, well-kept, and newly renovated. I felt it had a good atmosphere for my aunt.
