I chose Kris-Leigh Assisted Living for my dad because it's excellent and the staff is great. It's a perfect place. They have a pool, they go out on fieldtrips, they go out on their boat, and they have barbecues on the deck. They also have musicians come in.

My parents have moved into Kris-Leigh Assisted Living at Davidsonville, and it's been a little difficult. They're very short staffed, and my parents are adjusting right now. The rooms are very nice. They're doing the best they can with limited amount of staff. The food is supposed to be nutritious and there are some things my parents don't eat, but it's going okay. The atmosphere is good.

Great staff who greeted me with a smile! I had the wrong address looking to visit a friend. They even assisted me with locating the correct building. If I was looking for placement for my loved one I would’ve been sold!

Kris-Leigh Assisted Living At Davidsonville was dirty. In the office where you meet the manager and the leasing agent, there were dead bugs all over the floor. The lady that was running it was very kind and very nice, but she kind of pulled me out of there pretty quickly and wanted to take me over to the Gambrills location, which seemed much nicer. I would definitely steer away from this place. This is a home where they put people with family members that aren't interested or people that are more advanced who they don't have to make as much of an effort for.

Do not put your family member in any of these facilities. They have been sited for bed bugs, they are not clean and sanitary(furniture is dirty with urine) and staff are not fully trained in caring for dementia care. I have so much information about these places and not enough room to write. Warning, do not send your loved to any of these places please.

Kris Leigh Assisted Living in Davisonville looked very nice from the outside. The woman I spoke to was a very nice lady. It was in a very nice area. The grounds were very nice. and it was kind of in a farm area.

Kris Leigh was less than five miles from my son's home. The people seemed nice. They have full time doctors. I went on a tour with one of their keepers and I was impressed with it. The facility looked good. The place was cheerful. Though it was an old farmhouse that had been converted and it was not new facility, it doesn't need any maintenance work.
