My husband moved into CountryHouse - Cumberland a few weeks ago. Everyone there has their own bedroom, which opens up into a living room and dining room area, and there are a couple of rooms. He's able to walk around and talk to people. He seems very comfortable there. It took him a little while, he just wanted to come home. He doesn't even remember me now. But he seems happy. The staff was wonderful. They interact with all of the patients and they care about them. And if he doesn't get his pants pulled up far enough, they go over and say, come here a minute, let me fix you up here. And, they pull his pants up. The place looks like home when you walk in there. There's a living room area. And then the big room where they have dining room tables and then chairs set around with little tables beside them. And you look out the back window and there's a bird's nest on the windowsill, which is fun to watch.

CountryHouse - Cumberland was the best facility in the area. My brother-in-law was in there at one time, so I'm quite familiar with them. Every room that I was shown was clean. They have an activity room, but there was nothing going on at the time I was there. I was impressed with the staff. They're very efficient and knowledgeable.
