This place needs to be renovated badly. There are leaks all over the place constantly. The front door stays broken most of the time. There are not enough activities to keep the tenants from getting bored to death. There are no amenities and the rent continues to go up with nothing to show for it. Interactions with the staff are very poor because the manager keeps her door closed most of the time to keep from being bothered and she is definitely not the type of person who needs to manage a facility. She is not a people person, could care less about the tenants and has a controlling type of attitude with no respect for others; not even the other staff members. The rooms are too small and definitely are not worth the money we have to pay to live here. I do believe if we had a better, more understanding manager this place would be a better place to live.

This community is pretty much okay, but you have a property manager that does not care about the residents living here. She tends to move and do when she feels she is ready to do so, meaning in repairs. She has an attitude problem and is definately not a people person. The grounds can be kept up a little better than it is currently. With this said, there are 2 cats as residents too and they eat their meals here and will come back to finish them later. Really, who wants to see this and it was at the front door as the main entrance. Apartments are not worth the money you pay monthly noting that you may be moved into an apartment and it is definately not ready. Then, you are going to have problems and costs added to your stay here. You have to check behind getting all of your paperwork, meaning, lease, check-in sheet and adding your phone to open the front door. Problems in those areas of needed items that are most important to you! To each it's own and good luck in your ventures! I hope this helps!

This facility is an average place for seniors but could be improved in many ways. The problem I have is that the rent is too high for seniors on a fixed income and ev Some of the apartments are too small. There are not enough washers and dryers in the laundry room to accomodate the number of people living here. They are in the process of renovating the Community Room and hope that they put a larger tv there and put nice window treatments there as well. I personally have no trouble with the staff but I have heard others say that they do.

I used to live in Clinton Manor, and I liked it. They had a balcony outside the bedrooms and a patio in the front. I would recommend this facility to others. They take the residents to the market, plays, and movies. They also have trips to the casino. It was really nice, and the assistant manager was really nice too.

I like it here. The people and the area are both nice. We have an emergency cord, which we can pull every time there is an emergency. I really don't have any problems here except for the rent which is getting a bit high.
