The 24-hour staff can administer insulin injections and provide discreet and respectful bladder and bowel care. Staff also provides one-person lift assistance and behavior management that includes wandering and disorientation care.

Memory care residents at Constant Care Assisted Living are protected with window and door alarms, as well as personal tracking bracelets to help staff keep an eye on them.
