I think Jacob's Well Assisted Living is wonderful. It's beautifully landscaped. It's got a lovely porch that the residents can sit out on and look at the pond with the ducks. All the rooms are very well decorated. The staff is very polite and nice to the residents. They have good food. My mother-in-law's room is more like a studio apartment. It's a little bit larger than your average bedroom. She has her own bath. They have a beauty salon, and they have a very nice activities room. They have several very nice rooms, where they can watch television. It's a very nice place.

My mom is at Jacob's Well Assisted Living. It is much more a home-like environment. It is only two stories and out in the country with beautiful surroundings. There's a pond and trees. It is small and looks clean. My mom raves about the food; she said it is exceptionally good. There is no visitation because of COVID, but I talk to my mom every day. I talk to the people that work there, the nurses and staff, just as needed. She has a room with a bathroom attached. They have daily activities like bingo, bible study, dominoes, and things like that. Some staff members are very good, and some are not; it depends on who is working that day. Some are friendlier than others.

My mom has been in Jacob's Well for a month. The experience has been good. It's small, friendly and Christian. It has a warm, pleasant, family atmosphere, and all the people like working there. They do daily activities, like bingo, and the hairdresser is right there for her to give them haircuts and manicures every week. Some of the doctors come into the community so that I don't have to take my mom out as much. A person coordinates the activity. They watch movies and have popcorn, movement excercises with music, and poetry lessons and reading. It's good.

My mom was here for almost a year before she passed at Jacobs Well on July 31st. I visited mom almost every day, we were so pleased with Jacobs Well, including the kind and caring owners, Bill & Debbie Hanks, manager,, Ron Hanks, who's always pleasant, always helpful, the nurse, Simone, who too, is so kind and professional, the med techs and aides. To each and everyone of you, many, many heartfelt thanks. Jacobs Well is a warm, friendly atmosphere, always neat and clean, located in a peaceful, quiet setting, beautiful grounds with a pond, and a spacious porch for the residents to enjoy. I want to end this review by saying a special thanks to the aides that helped with mom's care; Sherry, Ruby, Alicia, Elaina, Hannah, Cynthia, latisha, Debbie, Samantha, Michele, Jillian and Sonia, I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. These ladies were always helpful, always kind. And Ron, thanks for brightening mom's day by sometimes having coffee with her in the morning when you could, you always made her smile. I have comfort and feel blessed that mom was so well taken care of at Jacobs Well.

my grandmother is staying at Jacob's well and is very well taken care of. The staff are always smiling and caring for my grandmother who has quite a few disabilities and" Memaw" tells me how much she loves the "girls". So I am very great full for their personal care.

I visited the mother of my friend in Jacob's Well Assisted Living. The place was really great. I think it was expensive. I didn't have an appointment during my visit; however, the the staff still showed me around the rooms and to what was going on. It was so kind of them. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I haven't tried the food, but I believe it was good, from what I have seen. They also had a lot of activities for all residents. The community was wonderful.

My grandmother had to share a room with someone and she repeatedly had problems with the person stealy her stuff. She was not provided an opportunity to have her own room. Little was done to help her out. On the plus side, the facility did provide lots of activities and my grandmother became close with several staff members who came to see her in the hospital as she was getting ready to pass, which meant a lot to the family
