Edens Homes seemed like a nice facility. The only thing is that it didn't seem like it was handicapped-accessible. From what I've seen, the room looks okay. I didn't do a thorough walkthrough when I saw that my mom wouldn't be able to access the house. The facility appeared to be clean, though, and the staff who gave the tour was pleasant.

I toured Edens Homes. For what they are offering, there's one room. It didn't have a private bath. It was in a three-story row home. It was a cramped space and they were gonna try to get four tenants in there. It didn't have any amenities other than just the kitchen, and the bathroom would have been shared by all four tenants. The representative was even very unprofessional because he was late coming in, and I had to call him twice. He never called me to indicate that he was running late or whatever. Really not anything to offer, so they wanted $1,300 for one small room. It was a three-story row home, so they could have made a room for exercise. This room is on the third floor. Fortunately, my brother doesn't have a disability that wouldn't allow him to go up there, but that's another thing that needs to be taken into consideration. You can't just put anything up in a third-floor apartment. If someone was trying to move furniture up there, they had this spiral staircase. It was really confined.

I went to look at Edens Homes. The people I met were friendly. They answered all my questions. The facility was clean. All the rooms were nice. They had walk-in showers. The staff member who took me around was friendly, very informative, and approachable. They serve two meals and a snack. They had a nurse who would come in once a month. They put small refrigerators in the room. They have transportation.

The tour at Edens Homes was okay. The place that they showed me was okay. Everything was included. There was an oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The staff was very polite. They offer three meals a day. The facility was clean, secure, and nice.

Edens Homes was flipping gorgeous. It was completely renovated beautifully inside. It was all new furniture. Every room had its own private en suite bathroom even though they were all shared bedrooms. They had the washer and dryer behind doors. The place was clean and it smelled good. The staff who gave us the tour was a little rushed. She wasn't there when we got there. The guy that was living at the house had to call her and tell her that we were there, but he didn't even stay downstairs to talk to us while we waited.
