My mother is still at Charter Senior Living of Towson. She has been there for four years now. It's a well-maintained facility. They provide lots of activity choices for folks. They have excursions into the community for shopping or restaurant. Their staff is outstanding. They truly care about the people. When they took over the place from another company (and due to the pandemic), they raised the compensation for all of the aides, and they provided them with a benefits package, so they've been able to attract and maintain good staff. There's a notable difference between when Charter Senior Living took over and before Charter Senior Living. They were good staff before, but when somebody gets benefits, people feel better about the job they're doing. Also, they can attract younger individuals, too, so I would say they have really good staff support. It's a well-maintained building. The food is okay, but my mother is very picky. I think primarily the residents enjoy the cooking. They try to do a lot of special events like we're going to go to their Easter brunch this Sunday. And they're very attentive to my mother's needs. Also, their nursing staff took quite exceptional care of my mother after she fell there. So they were there to provide the right care, which I'm very thankful for and I can feel confident that my mother is in good hands. She feels safe, and she likes the staff, too. Everybody is excellent. My mother doesn't participate in any activities, but what I've observed is that they offer a variety of activities that seem to be well-participated by the majority of the residents. I see them participating, and they seem to be having an enjoyable time.

We toured Charter Senior Living of Towson. I liked this place. My aunt liked the environment. It was a comfortable environment. We spoke to some of the residents there, and they recommended it. The staff that I spoke to was very nice. We did have lunch there. My aunt didn't like it too much, but I thought it was fine. The facility has convenience, easy access, and ease of getting around in the hallways. It's very accommodating when it comes to the needs of the walker. It was just a nice place. It felt more homey. They told her she could bring anything she wanted from home, including her bed and everything she wanted to make her feel at home.

We toured Charter Senior Living of Towson. I liked the person that did the interview, she was wonderful and a very compassionate person. The location was a little too far for me to travel to visit, but I liked the place and everything it had to offer. They had a variety of doctors available, more than other places did. While most places only have a doctor and a podiatrist, they had many services available. They also had a salon, and they had many different activities to keep the resident busy.

My father-in-law has been at Charter Senior Living of Towson for about a month now. It had been awesome from the very beginning. I felt welcomed. I was given a tour and was provided with a lot of great information about what their community had to offer. His room is spacious for a studio size, cleaned regularly, and has nice accommodations. The community is great, too. The providers that work there are extremely caring and conscientious. They have everything there. The doctor comes in and visits, and some nurses visit. They can do bloodwork, they can do a portable X-ray. They have great activities but are mostly catered to females because that's the majority of their residents. Every day there's always something going on. I've had dinner there and it's just average for me, but my father-in-law likes it.

Charter Senior Living of Towson was a very good place. I got a chance to talk to some of the residents and one of the children who came in as I was talking to her mother, and she raved about the place. Her mother said the same thing, too. As far as the people working there, they all seemed very, very good. The dining area and all the other facilities were very nice and very clean. There was an activities room and there were people there. The rooms were small, but I can adjust to that. The only thing was it's too far for my daughter to come.

My brother used to live in Charter Senior Living of Towson. It's bigger than the place he is right now, but everybody knows everybody's name and they just act like family. It's just so wonderful that I cried when they said they couldn't take him back, literally. They had bingo and they had people bringing dogs in for the residents. It was great to see their faces lit up whenever they saw animals. The person who was in charge of the memory care was so nice. She would come out with my brother when she brought him outside for a visit because that was during the pandemic. It's like her own family. She loved every one. It couldn't get any better than that. Also, my brother loved the food that he would usually be done eating in five minutes.

We chose it for my sister. We liked the people there, the atmosphere, the pricing, and we worked with them to make it affordable. It was just the actual place and the people more than anything else that made us choose it. We're getting a studio, and it's large enough to have a bed, a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. We tasted the food, everything was good, and delicious. It was not super high-end, but it was fine.

We were very impressed. It's a really nice community. It's bigger than the place where my aunt is now. We liked this place, but it was a little more expensive and farther from our house than her current community. We took a tour and saw their assisted living. They have a variety of apartments that we looked at. Their staff was very friendly and really nice to talk to. Their dining area looked very nice, the place was bigger, but it all looked very nice, clean, and bright. I saw people engaged in various activities. They also provide therapy, activities, doctors' visits, and they have nurses and aides helping. If you could afford it, I would rate them a five because their facilities were great. It's a beautiful community, and it's gorgeous.

I visited this facility twice. In general - it was the one to beat in terms of our family's final selection. The location was good - close to me (one of 5 siblings). The layout - entry, activity rooms, dining room was excellent. Staff seemed very friendly and reassuring. Appeared to have a ton of activities and amenities. More importantly the frequency of the clinical checks, safety measures appeared to be very good

I live here. The staff is very nice. They have a very good staff here. They could improve on the menu though. The dining room is very nice. We have the best apartment in the building. My husband and I have a two-room apartment. We brought some of our own things. I like it very much. As for activities, they can play cards, and they can do puzzles. They can do any kinds of entertainment they want to do. They have entertainment most everyday. Every Thursday, they take us for a two-hour scenic tour. Every Friday, they take us shopping. Every other Wednesday, they have what they call 'Lunch Bunch,' and we go out to lunch. Regarding security and safety, that could be improved -- on weekends especially. I would recommend this facility to others. I don't think we could do much better especially when it comes to service and the nice people that are working here.

I visited, and I had a very good impression with the place. I thought it was very clean, and there was a lot of activity for the residents like games. I was very impressed. It was a very nice place, and it seemed to be very organized. Everybody was very friendly, and the dining area was very nice. I was very impressed with their menus and the way they serve the meals. But we couldn’t afford it. I think it was a well-rounded environment for senior citizens. They take them shopping and doctor’s visits, so their family doesn’t have to worry about that. I like the apartment’s setup.

The staff was excellent. They were very supportive, very helpful, and very nice. They were a great fit for my father who has Parkinson’s disease. They had a studio and one-bedroom apartment. My dad had a studio, and it was of good size for him. The food was OK. They had a number of activities like bingo, exercises, and movies.

It was nice. I like it. Everything was very nice. It was one of the nicer places. They have bingo and memory care-themed activities. Food was nice. The staff was very nice. The rooms were carpeted. They're very homey. However, their price was a little high.

We like this facility. We like the size of the rooms. They have a living room and a bedroom. We like the ambiance of the place. When we walked in, everybody was friendly. My dad is a veteran and they have a wall with all the veterans in the facility, and that was pretty cool too. Definitely this facility would be our first choice for my dad. I know they have different kinds of exercises that my dad would like. I like also that they have a community area where people can come down. Every day they make sure that they have something the residents can attend.

I really liked it. The rooms were nice. I just wasn't sure that was the best placement for my mother. They were right next to a Catholic church. My mother was Catholic, and I really like that. The staff was very nice.

It was fantastic, but it was too expensive for us. It was great. I just think that it was so nice; I wouldn't mind it for myself. It was probably for people who have high incomes. The dining area was great. The staff was excellent. They followed up on us. They were very professional, too. The facility was excellent. It was also very clean. You would think you were in a hotel or a spa. It was very nice.

It was farther from my home but it was absolutely wonderfully. It was on the same level as it's counterpart in Pikesville. The staff was great and their director was fabulous. It seemed like everyone had gone to How-To-Be-Nice-To-People 101.
