My mom has been a resident here since August and I must say I am very pleased and thankful she was accepted here compared to where she was previously. I appreciate this facility as well as the staff. They keep me ver informed of things or when something happens. This facility smells and looks clean. The food the patients are fed looks appealing and smells so good! I am very thankful and hope it continues.

How can you have a facility that can't accomodate all Nationalities in the salon. Too many aides are standing around holding up the walls, not enough interaction with the Residents. I've dealt with Landmark since they opened the doors, and had no complaints, but over the last year the service and staff have been horrible.

I had a relative that was a resident there until his passing. He was left in his room without being checked on. He fell off his bed and no one seemed to know what happened. Not to mention he developed bedsores cause he wasnt turned often

My Moms room is ok. It’s the staff. I sit with her for four hours before anyone come to check on her. What I don’t understand is why the nurse all just stand and hang around the front desk. When you ask for help. It’s as if no one can or say her nurse is elsewhere. They suppose to be there to help you . But I don’t think so.

Well my mom has been to this facility multiple times and this time was the worst. She contracted an uti there which made her on edge and out of her mind. Every time I asked the nurse about test results she never new and would say if they didn't call you then everything must be ok. she would be left in the room by herself and since her strokes she gets confused from time to time. I arrive and she has changed clothes so many times and then they don't even call and tell me she has no clothes. They say it isn't their responsibility. they lost her clothes several times. Not to even mention but my mom has lost weight since she went in and I asked how many times they weigh the residents and they told me twice a month. but can't be because they would have saw all the weight she lost. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

My father was put in this facility for a "rehab to home" program. To date, he has contracted C-Diff twice, he is usually found slumped over in his bed. His room is not cleaned on a regular basis. I have to put his breakfast, lunch and dinner plates out in the hallway so they are picked up and not sitting in his room for days. I also bag up the trash and put it in the hallway to get it picked up. Updates for entry to his room are documented on the log, but nothing is done besides the attendant sending a few text on their phone. This place is understaffed, and the staff has members that would rather dig in the patients belongings to find treasures they take for their own. There is a special place for people like that who take advantage of the elderly.

My Aunt is living here and has told my mother that she sits in wet diapers until she is sore and in pain. An employee told her, in front of another aunt of mine, that she would not feed her and told us she goes without a meal every day. She is diabetic. I plan to call the state about the situation. If you love your elderly family member please do not send him/her here. It is a nightmare.

My husband has Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease and this facility has an Alzheimer's unit. The staff on the unit is understanding and helpful. If you have an issue they immediately try to help you out. The staff outside the unit is also great. Having worked in nursing homes about 35yrs. ago, things have changed for the better. This nursing home is a clean place with very caring personnel.
