This is a terrible place. Don't put your family member there. I have so many complaints, I don't know where to begin. Here is a partial list: 1. found wet in diaper on most occasions 2. no water at bedside or not in reach when it was 3. not fed when she couldn't feed herself 4. dressings not changed on legs when heel ulcers developed 5. hospitalized for UTI 6. hospitalized for dehydration and eventually died 7. staff doesn't return phone calls especially social service department 8. not notified that she had covid. Found on Medicare bill that she was positive 9. No activities at all unless putting a coloring page and a color once a month by the bed is an activity

My father was the primary contact person with the facility. The main thing I remember was that a few times, my grandfather would have an issue or get in trouble with the staff, and my father would not be notified. There were instances where one of the staff persons said that he was making racist remarks, which we're fairly certain is not true. Over time, it became apparent that it was mostly that staff member he was having difficulty with - everyone else was respectful and helpful.Overall, I think that I would recommend the facility. I know that the job is difficult, and the facility was pretty nice overall - it had plenty of rooms for events, stuff like that.
