My grandfather was sent here for rehab I was so scared because I had read a lot of bad reviews but things must have changed because he loved being there . The staff was great, he enjoyed the food & they would give him snacks anytime he asked . He enjoyed the activities they would have & he’s became best friends with the roommate he had . He had to do physical therapy 5 times a week & they stayed on it . Everyone & everything was amazing & im thankful for them for helping my papaw get some of his strength back & taking such great care of him . It means a lot .

The problem shown in the past must have been greatly corrected by the time I got there. The physical therapist and occupational therapist were outstanding the entire staff were very responsive to needs even though I thought they were understaffed as most are these days with government regs not providing enough. The food was exceptional the kitchen had two young ladies that made most of the food from scratch no prepackaged Frozen stuff. If there was one thing I could do for them it would be to give them more nurses on staff because they need it. But still my experience was excellent and I know that sometime in the next 10 to 15 years I will probably need their services full time and they will be the first place I check on..

The facility is clean and well taken care of. From dietary, to therapy, to nursing, to the front desk, all staff are incredible and go above and beyond. My mom has stayed 3x for rehab and and I wouldn't hesitate to take her there again if/when she needed. I'm very grateful for their compassion and care.

When I visited Mayfair Manor, one of the first things I noticed was how clean the building was. All of the residents I passed in the hallways were happy and the staff was so friendly. In the future, if I ever need any rehab care or long term care, I can only hope to end up in a place as friendly and welcoming as Mayfair Manor.

If I could give this place a zero I would my father in law was placed here for rehabilitation. He was mistreated & kept nasty . When we was able to bring him home he was covered in human waste literally it was dried & in his ear. Bed sore on his bottom he was riddled with a UTI and so much more medical issues that has even almost costed him his life . Staff was extremely mean to him as there was even a report regarding it & they NEVER updated us on anything. There excuse they never seen me there ….. I was there a few times during his short stay but still if I was or wasn’t they still don’t have the right to treat a love one that way. Do your love one & your self a favor DO NOT send them to this place .

Everyday I would go in, things of my father's were stolen. Brand new clothes, his food, electric razors, had sores. We got him to proper place, plus the new place took him off most of his medication immediately!!!.. saying that he didn't even need it. I think they kept him drugged. My mother's wallet was stolen out of her purse when she walked down the hallway to the nurses station briefly. She called me immediately and the police had to come in. If you go here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get a baby cam, a hidden camera so that you can watch everything it will be to your advantage!

My mom was kept on the wrong diet despite being told my mom and her doctor. She was in a room where the toilet handle was broken and could not flush the toilet for a week. It was finally replaced but, there was a mess on the floor and slow to clean up.

Tell the family everything they needed to know. Found out the answers to the question if they were unsure of something. Very professional.

They took real good care of my husband. Thanks to Kim, Helen, O’Shara and Glenda. Physical therapy thanks Heather. I have no problem at Mayfair Manors. He was transferred to the hospital and his stuff was still there for 3 days and nothing was gone. Also a big thanks to Sharon housekeeper.

The worst. Everything, and I do mean everything of my father's stolen. I was there daily as they just druggd him I found out upon removing him and taking him elsewhere. The new director at different place said " he doesn't need to be on half these meds." He improved upon moving him out!!! His lamp he made himself stolen, his new sweat pants with tags on stolen, TWO new electric razors stolen and finally of all things, his box of sugar free ice cream bars I got him to use his hand from stroke. These people do not care. Just time to get paycheck. I planned to give him one each day I visited. Nurses told me I could "keep in nurses lounge fridge/freezer." Next day box stolen....his NAME AND ROOM NUMBER ON BOX AND MARKED BELONGED TO HIM!!! ALL STOLEN. Ask anyone...they say, " well one of The residents must have walked in taken it." Yeah right....dads lamp next to wall by windows and have to move bed to unplug it. They must think we're stupid. Broke my heart. He had that lamp for over 30 years...he made it...they stole it. It just cut me to the core. I got him out! Plus, I had to call squad to take him in...noticed he wasn't right...they said he was ok...I knew better. Spent 18 days in hospital. They do not care at all. One of us had to help feed. They set food in front of patient and walk away. He had a stroke!! Went hungry unless we went in. If you decide to use this nursing home, I highly recommend putting in a video camera so you can keep an eye on your loved one and who theives are. Recommended by a lawyer who head before about this place.

This facility is pitiful. It is extremely understaffed. 1 nurse with 17 patients, the other with 25 so if there's an emergency it has to wait. Nurses are not friendly and overall care is ridiculous. Really wish we would have researched other facilities before deciding this one.

We love Mayfair Manor because the nurses are wonderful, the staff is really accommodating and on top of things, and it's clean. My mother-in-law likes it. There were a couple of times where I needed to ask questions, and they were helpful right away.

My mom is at Mayfair Manor. They really try hard to take care of and do the best they can for my mom. They try to keep the place clean. I've seen several meals in the dining area which all seemed to have four or five different items including water and, normally, a soft drink for my mom. The food looks good and the dining room is clean. They have a variety of activities for the residents; in fact, they have calendars of activities hung throughout the building.

My uncle was a resident of Mayfair Manor. I chose this place because of it smells clean and the high ratio of workers to patients. The walls have accents and the lighting was good in the place when you walk through. The staff were very good and seemed knowledgeable. There were a few trainees, but they are certainly knowledgeable.

Mayfair Manor is understaffed because they don't want to hire any body and they pay minimum wage. So there just wasn't enough attention given to the patient. They weren't doing what they should have been doing. As a matter of fact, my husband got bedsores over there.
