Legacy Living Florence looked very clean. It's relatively new. It's only three years old. The grounds outside seemed to be well-kept. The staff was very friendly and very outgoing. I was looking at their villas, which were unfurnished, and I liked their layout.

We toured Legacy Living Florence for my father. It was a good experience. The staff were nice. The place was a new build, so they're all updated. The place was nice and clean. They had a nice common area. Their dining is something like 24/7 and there wasn't a specific time frame. They had an open dining area with a lot of food variety. It seemed like they had a lot of amenities. They have a library and a salon there. They had a big patio, and they had big patios in the two-bedrooms. I like the open concept.

I went to look at Legacy Living Florence. It was nice. I don't have any complaints about it. The person showing us around seemed like she was in a hurry. It's a little cheaper than the other place. They have quite a bit of activity going on and they go to different places. There was a pleasant odor.

I went to Legacy Living Florence. It was a beautiful facility. It was beyond anything that I had expected. I loved it. I think my parents would love it when they're ready to move in. It's clean and organized. It was just a beautiful area. And, the people were great, too. Overall, it was a great experience visiting. They had a two-bedroom. They're like townhomes, four in a row. And some of them had basements and some of them did not. The only drawback I had with the apartments in the main building was that they had to go down and take their laundry down the hall to the laundry room to do the laundry. They could not have a washer and dryer hookup in their rooms, but in the outer buildings, I guess they call them townhomes, they come with washers and dryers in them. But other than that, it was very nice. I noticed when I was there that they were taking the memory care patients out on a trip, which I thought was pretty neat to see. I just happened to see that they have a lot of memories there. They treat their veterans. They have a veteran wall, that of people that live there and show which branch they're in. When they were in, they had a nice movie theater, game room, and activity center. Overall, it just looked like a very pleasant place to live. They have all the rooms on the inside and walk out to a courtyard. It looks like there's a church there. The chapel is built on the inside of the courtyard, and it lifts me to see that there. I know my parents would love that. It was just a nice place.

We liked Legacy Living Florence, but they didn't have openings. They had townhouses. If they would have openings, that's probably where we ended up. The staff was nice. The facility was brand new. They didn't have a pool, but they had everything else.

My visit to Legacy Living Florence was great. The lady was very friendly and very informative. It was just too modern for me. I didn't feel as comfortable there. The apartments were very nice, very clean, and very new, but just not for me. They had fitness rooms, a library, a large-screen TV room, and just all kinds of nice amenities. The dining room looked nice.

I'm moving in at Legacy Living Florence in December. It's just an excellent place. I chose it because it made me feel relaxed and I liked how well they treated me. They were very, very upfront about what the costs were and what my initial payment would be. I had lunch there yesterday with a friend. Even the chef came out and talked to us, and asked us how we liked the food. You choose from a menu and there are 6 to 8 different things on the menu, plus you get sandwiches or just a salad or desserts. Everybody just treated us nicely. They have a chapel, a library, a common room, a happy hour room, a salon, a complimentary laundry facility, and an exercise room.

The Legacy Living in Florence was nice. One can move right on in and not do a thing. You just move in and live. They have a cook for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everything is included in the price. It's an independent living, but they also have a nurse onsite. If anything was to happen, you have neighbors with you as well. The front door does not look like a hotel. When you go inside the facility, and into your room or your apartment then walk out of your door, you are led outside. It's like a little community and it's adorable. I just can't say anything more about it. My only concern is that, and it's pretty reasonable if you had the money but a lot of people don't have the money, it's $3000 a month. Everything like cable, electricity, and the chef, is included. It's not bad but a lot of seniors can't afford that and a lot of them would need it.
