Hi Tammy, Thank you for the feedback. First, thank you for the compliments. We're glad it feels good in the building and you're enjoying our many activities. Even more though, we appreciate when our families help us identify areas for improvement. We will never be perfect, but we strive to be. We would disagree that we charge for nothing, especially after you just noted one of the things we're great at (activities). Overall, however, there is a whole list of services being provided to every resident every day. We do acknowledge that when one thing isn't going as expected, it feels big. We are truly sorry that we have had some issues with the bus, but thankfully it was available for 90% of what it was needed for the whole time. Repairing the lift, which affected your family, proved a bit trickier, but you'll be happy to know the issue was resolved as of 2/10/25. Finally, we are happy to connect you to our Wellness and/or Dining Directors to address any care or food concerns you have. We can't address what we don't know about.
