My mom is going to move into Beehive Homes of Brandenburg. I thought it was very good. It was clean. The residents seemed happy there. They offered social activities for the residents. The staff who gave the tour was courteous and attentive to the residents. The dining area was small, but it was neat and clean.

I went to Beehive Homes of Bradenburg. I thought it was excellent. I couldn't have been more pleased with the staff, the facility, the people, the atmosphere, the patients, and the cleanliness of the rooms. It was perfect in my mind. They had three meals a day and activities. It was just well run, well staffed, and very clean. I was there when they were preparing meals. It looked really good. I was amazed at the size of the rooms. They were very large and very clean. They had their own bathroom, showers, toilets, storage area, and closet. It's just really nice. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I found the staff at Beehive Home to be very courteous and dedicated to the residents. A friend had begun experiencing dementia and was a resident. The staff was very adept at working with her as she experienced these moments of dementia. They would play right along with her so as to not upset her. They made sure she was bathed daily and dressed in fresh clean clothes on days when she wasn't able to take care of herself at all. She was very pleased that she got choices of meals to choose from each day and didn't just have eat what was brought to her. The entire family felt that she was in good hands there and it was one of the few settings she had been in where the staff was able to keep her from escalating behaviorally. Everyone involved felth this was a positive experience.
