It’s difficult to sort out the different reviews of rehabilitation facilities. People tend to not mention about the good things but there is no shortage of negative reviews about something they don’t agree with. This review is on a positive note. Recently it was necessary to move a good friend into Signature for care we could not provide ourselves. After 3 months there, I can say I have no regrets about that facility. All of the staff have been very friendly each and every day I have been there. My friend tells me the food is good and I have seen the menus which have a nice assortment of dishes. I talked to a few other tenants and all have said they are happy with where they now live. Overall, the facility is well kept and clean. I have been in some that have disagreeable odors but have never experienced that at Signature. Of course, there have been some minor issues but the administration and staff addressed my concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing services of this kind.

There is no resident line to contact residents here as not everyone would have a phone in their room, only the front desk phones which staff apparently do not answer on weekend nights.

The entire staff from the admissions, nurses, therapists, CNAs, social workers and others I have failed to mention were excellent. There is a personal interest in their resident's mental and physical recovery . The nurses and CNAs take a special interest in their residents. My husband is treaded more like a family member than a resident. His diabetics is under control with the daily monitoring of the nurses. My husband's physical and reasoning ability has amazingly improved with the aid of the therapists. He went from bed ridden to being able to walk with a walker and soon to be walking independently. The food has vastly improved since my husband arrived in late Jan 2022.Eventhough my husband didn't participate in the activities, I observed how much others enjoyed the games they played such as bingo. Thank you to the entire staff at BG Signature,

rehab is excellent. patient care is excellent, minor problems with maintenance. food is very poor; too many carbs, very little variety; most from cans or processed meats,i.e.riblets, frozen Salisbury steak, chicken nuggets.portions too small. same items served one meal after another. very little cooked from scratch foods. actitives : many and broad variety. free laundry but very slow. staff pleasant and professional. facility clean and kept well.

My father was here after his heart attack. He received great therapy while he was there. The staff treated my dad like family. They have activities like going to the zoo, movies, and participating in senior Olympics and bowling tournaments. Some of them even went on an elder vacation. They have a lot of fun and my dad loved their fried chicken.

My wife is a resident of Signature HealthCARE of Bowling Green. I'm very happy with what they're doing. They took her off of therapy because my wife has done all she could, but they're there for her all the time. She is in a ward just for women, and there's no men in there. They also have activities to keep the residents busy, the cleanliness of the place is very good, and they provide three meals a day. What I like most about the community are the people that run the place is that they're very caring and very good.

I visited a patient in this facility and was not satisfied with the facility cleanliness. The staff was vey professional, and the facility was up to date. I walked into the patients room I was there to visit and in the patients bathroom there was soiled linens filling the container to more than it could hold and it had not been taken away. The trash was full in all of her trash cans. Once I notified the nurse within thirty minutes there was someone in there to take away the trash and soiled linens. I was very happy with the service.
