I went to Neuvant House Of Lawrence. The facilities were extremely nice. They have both assisted living and memory care, but they're in two separate units. I didn't specify when I made the appointment, so they took me to both. I didn't spend very much time in the assisted living because I wasn't interested in that facility. It was understaffed. The physical facilities were much better than the other facility. They had five people for 16 residents, and they said that their normal staffing would be 10. If they're fully staffed, they would have 10, and they were not fully staffed. Because they were so short, some of the activities were being done by outside contractors. The food was good, but it's scheduled. There are two-hour windows and they're not available 24/7, but there are some snacks available in-between times. People can schedule haircuts and hair appointments and things like that, so they do have the facilities, but they don't have people there to do it. The people that were there were doing a great job. They were very caring with the people, and were watching the people and could tell when somebody needed assistance and that kind of thing. The people that were there were doing a very good job, but they were understaffed.
