I toured Prairie Hills at Tipton. It looked very nice. The staff there was very nice. It's in a small town, too. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would even go there myself. The staff who gave the tour was a gentleman. I just popped in, I didn't make an appointment, but he took the time to show me the place. He didn't have to do that. He could have said let's make an appointment and have you come back another day, but he didn't. So, I thought that was very nice because I don't know if every place would do that. He didn't know all the answers to some of the questions, but he was very nice. The dining area was open and big, and it had tables and chairs, and they were very nice. They have their own patio there.

I like the people and the accommodations. The apartments have a kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. They are spacious. The staff is good and accommodating. The sanitation is excellent, and the food is very good. The nurses are very kind and courteous.

Very clean and professional staff who truly cares about their residents. My parents were impressed with facility and have decided they want to live there.
