I have lived at RH for 2 1/2 yrs. and enjoy the place quite a bit. Because of the location we have deer that come by to feed on the crabapple trees, and food that some of the residents put out. Same for birds that are well taken care of. A beautiful flower garden area out front that a few residents take care of as well. Exercise equipment on 2nd floor. Kitchen and common are used responsibly. I also think the current Manager does a great job as well as the Maintenance person. They are professionals and possibly more important, they care about the residents.

I've lived at the Regency for almost 3 years and find the living quite good. I am very happy with my apartment, love the location. We've had a new manager for the last 7 months and she is great, very attentive to details and requests, especially since she was left with a bit of a mess from the previous manager. Erika has worked hard to get things back into shape, responds quickly and appropriately to requests. There apparently have been some complaints regarding non-use of masks during Covid, however, since this has not been mandated, people make their own choices. The majority of residents are respectful of their neighbors and were masks when appropriate. There have also been some complaints about people smoking in the buildings, however, in my building anyone who smokes goes outside and away from the building. There is no noticeable odor anywhere. I would venture to say that this is a place I will stay until I cannot live alone anymore. My neighbors are quite nice, people are friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Regency Heights, and have to friends. This IS an independent living place, not a care center so no food is provided.

I visited a friend at Regency Heights Apartments, and it seemed fine. It was clean. People were friendly, and it seemed like a good location. They have outdoor seating and some minimal gardens out front. They don't have a cafeteria. They have card playing and games. It is totally independent, so they don't have an activity department. People live in apartments, and they do stuff together. People just do what they want.

Regency Heights Apartments was great and nice. The place was friendly and looked really inviting. It was a little more than what we could afford at the time though. The place is beautiful and I would love to have been able to move into it right now. The director who toured us around was great.
