My mom has been at Grace Village for about 3 weeks now. I chose it because I heard good things about it. We went and looked at it, and I liked what I saw. The staff has been very helpful and very caring. She seems to like the food there. The facilities are very clean, and the rooms are big. They have places they can sit outside, and they have an aviary in the lobby. They also have church services.

Rooms are nice, not always cleaned properly. Now, let me tell you about the food! It is disgusting, residents usually don’t get what they’ve ordered, or it is burnt, and most always not hot. One time someone ordered a cheeseburger deluxe, and they didn’t get a hamburger! They have been promised better menus better food since at least the first of the year, and as of yet, May 10, 2023 that has not happened nor has there been one change to make it better. Someone from the state needs to make a surprise visit, and try this wonderful food!

I visit from Oregon every year and stay for a week at Grace Village to visit my Aunt. The staff is incredibly kind, the residents are very nice people from all walks of life. The facility is clean and neat at all times. It is very impressive. I enjoy my annual visits very much and am grateful for the gracious receptions I always encounter.

Grace Village (GV) ignored my mother's health to the point where she became combative from an undiagnosed and untreated UTI. 2 months later, after GV's incompetence, and stays in 4 different hospitals, she is now in memory care at a different facility and is no longer mobile and rarely lucid. She was mobile & lucid 2 months ago. I blame GV's mishandling/negligence 100% for her current condition. Avoid GV at all costs.

I went to Grace Village, it was a very nice place. We were looking at independent living at that time. They had very nice rooms, my mother was looking at a 1-bedroom. I know they have studios, they have 1-bedrooms, probably 2-bedrooms, and independent cottages or duplex-type areas. Their food is excellent, they showed us a library, I think they had a beauty salon and a fitness room too. The staff was fine as far as showing us everything, sitting down going over the information with us, and giving us information to take with us.

My father currently resides in a Grace Village apartment, after living in the Robin Hood condos. Can't say enough good comments about the various tiers of assistance, the staff and the support for seniors. Dad enjoys the meals. My mom received loving care in her final days in healthcare. Very pleased!

An aunt of mine was at Grace Village. Most of the staff are really good. It’s a huge facility, and they have everything from assisted living to independent living. The place is clean, and it’s one of the better places in the area.

We're very happy with Grace Village. We were treated very well during our visit. It’s a very friendly place. There's a beauty parlor, a library, a carpentry shop, a bank, a chapel, a dining hall or dining room where you can go and eat if you want. Just about everything you need is right there. It’s a big, clean and well kept place; and there’s a doctor or nurse on duty all the time. It was a very pleasant experience, and that’s one of the reasons my husband and I will be moving in there as a couple. They have condos and apartments (and we'll be in the apartments). They have like a guest house where you can have people come and stay overnight and have their own room. There are just a lot of amenities. The other advantage is that if you progress and get worse, you can go right in to their nursing home area.
