They were short staff, when my father arrived he was using a yaunker for 4 days no one hooked it up and used it to control his phlegm. The administration refused to call 911, they refused to transport him to the hospital less than a mile, and used another patient medication on him. My father was there for physical therapy for swallowing, and walking after a stroke. In 4 days he recieved none. My father died of respiratory failure. They offered a small settlement because he was old and at the end of his life. He turned done the settlement. What they did and how they treated my father was inhuman.

Hampton Oaks (Hampton Oaks Health Campus) is a nice place and we liked it. The dining area is very nice. My mom can't do much right now, but they have a library, a little living room, and they have bingo sometimes. She has just been there for a few weeks.
