My mom was at Miller's Merry Manor. It's beautiful and nice. The rooms were good. They were clean and kept up. The staff members were very caring. They helped my mom and everything she needed to do. They assisted her. They were very kind and very respectful. They offered her rehabilitation, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. They fed her three times a day. They played games, and they took them outside. The food looked good.

My father was a resident for a few months until his passing. He was treated with compassion and kindness. All the staff is wonderful especially Liz and Candi. It was a rough time in our lives, but we felt comfortable with him in their care. Thank You

Very pleased with the care and companionship MMM of Portage has shown my father, who's a resident in the independent living facility. Dad's transition from living on his own to his studio apartment was seamless, in large part to the assistance we received from all of the staff at Miller's.

Miller's Merry Manor is close to where we live here in town. Everything seemed to be pretty good compared to the ones I had seen in the past. I didn't notice any particular problems with the sanitation of the place other than the usual smell that you could find in most places.

I would have liked to know how the facilty took care of their patients befor admitting someone to their care, I felt their was a lack of staff and patience were being neglected, the facility have a bad odor, and patients were not attended right away.
