I did a tour of The Mansion on Main, and it was fantastic. It was a wonderful community. It looked like it had several amenities. It's just, I don't know that it fits the financial plan. I know that they had game nights and that they had other social events, something that my aunt would appreciate. They even had the meal planning, that was very nice, it seemed to be attractive. Their staff was very polite, very courteous, and very informative. Dining seemed to be like a restaurant experience, it's very nice, I just didn't get to try the food. The facility seems to be very clean.

I toured The Mansion on Main for my aunt, and what I like about it was she can actually afford it. The rooms are very nice. It has all the amenities, and it's very close to where I reside. They have outings, exercise classes, a chapel, and everything that I possibly can think of that she'd want to do or can do. They've got them right there for her, and the place felt homey. I just met the director. He gave me a tour of the facility, and he seemed to be a very busy person. He was doing a pretty good job. The dining area was very nice. It was a cafeteria style. It was very big, open, and spacious area. It had lots of light. It had really nice tables, chairs, and chandeliers; all the stuff that you would expect from a dining facility.

My parents-in-law have moved into The Mansion on Main. One of the biggest benefits for us is that they offer the Medicaid waiver, so that after you pay privately for a certain amount of years, when you run out of assets, you won't have to move. That was a big factor for us. They're very satisfied with the food. It takes a little bit of time, but I love the fact that it's made-to-order food. They look on the menu and they decide what they want. Of course, made-to-order food for 100 people is gonna take some time. That's the only complaint, and I don't really think that's a complaint. Before COVID restrictions, they did more activities. They have a van, and they'll be able to take them out places.

My partner lived at The Mansion on Main. We realized he was going to need a higher level of care and they only had the assisted living unit available. It was excellent and we had a very nice experience there. The staff was very caring and very good. The facility was wonderful. It was very centrally located and very easy to get to. They had a day spa, a small workout room, a theater, a game room, and a cocktail bar where they could have happy hour three times a week. When he first moved in there, their food was topnotch. I would rather have dined there on a Friday night than go out. During the pandemic, I think the food was a little harder for them to get a hold of, so I couldn't comment on the food quality during the last year.

My mother likes The Mansion on Main. We haven't had any complaints because she hasn't been there very long. The rooms are nice. It's a very clean place. She's satisfied, and they seem to take care of her. I haven't heard any complaints about it. She loves the food and the staff, and I met with a few of them. It's excellent. Her room is very clean, and she's got plenty of room. They have the regular bingo, church, and bible studies. They're all locked down right now, so you can't visit. I would recommend it to somebody if they would ask me. When I walked in, it didn't feel like a nursing home or assisted living. It was really nice. The price is in line with the other places.

I was accommodated very nice at The Mansion on Main. The people seemed to be attentive and kind, the place is exquisitely decorated, and it's very beautiful. I did not like the fact that it was not a locked facility, the patients can come and go as they wish which is nice, but it's a busy road, and I can see somebody getting in trouble pretty easily there. It felt a little bit like an institution, because it was a little stark.

My tour at The Mansion on Main was good. And they seem to have a good community with the people. They had certain times that they would eat and certain times that they would allow the residents a little more freedom, but they are a community when they eat. The appearance of the place itself was good. Everything was top-notch there.

I live in the Mansion on Main. I love it. I love the location, the staff, and the people. There's nothing I do not like about it. We have a theater, card games, bible study, we have great dining facilities, we have a barn lounge, and we have a handicap bus that takes us places. The only thing I can say against it is the bus is not available often enough to take us to doctors' appointments.
