Smells like urine throughout the entire facility. Mandatory 13-day quarantine when unvaccinated (with no symptoms) overkill CDC guidelines are 5 days ALL Meals late daily. Highly doubt patients receive the daily physical therapy. Staff was pleasant to your face but extremely rude when facility was called. Concerns were voiced to the hire ups with lots of apologies but no change in staff behavior. No daily activities. Overall, I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy even they deserve better care.

I was in Aperion Care Tolleston Park, but that didn't work for me. I stayed there until the last week of September. It's a nursing home, and it's OK. I really won't say anything bad about it, except for the food. It's just not a place that I wanted to end up spending the rest of my life in. If you stay someplace and you can't eat the food or get what you need to be able to eat, it's just not for me. The staff was excellent, and the physical therapy was excellent. They worked with me. I made a promise to them that if they helped me and got me through it, I was going to walk out the front door. With their help, I was able to walk out the front door. The facility, to say the least, was adequate. They moved me to an older wing. Sometimes the air conditioning didn't work, but it was comfortable. The therapy room was great, but there was no air conditioning in there; sometimes when I went to exercise, it was almost a hundred degrees.

If I was able to give this place "zero" stars I would've. This place has the worst care. The administration is a complete joke. The care is so horrible that it becomes offensive. A non-mobile/ambulatory resident leg gets broken, a full day goes by before the family is notified, to add salt to injury, NO ONE knows what happened. Many occasions visited this facility and there were no one in the nurses station, CNA's were outside dancing in the parking lot while having a "smoke break". Major staffing turn around. The staff they do have on hand, have the worst attitudes and frankly their body language has "I do not want to be here but i want my check" written all over it. It's very clear they are hiring people out of DESPERATION rather than skillset and people who love their job profession. Even with that mindset, they are not able to keep a full staff. There has been at LEAST 3(and counting) director changes in the last one to two year timeframe. With that statistic alone, tells there's no stability within the establishment, so there's definitely not going to be any within the hands on with residents staff and/or company policies(if that even exist). Witnessed a NURSE give one resident ONE spoonful of their breakfast. The corporate office, please opt out of attempting to contact them to get somewhat of security that your concerns will be addressed...They'll slam you into "Michelle's" voicemail that never gets the courtesy of a return call. If you love your family PLEASE do NOT put them here. This place isn't fit for abandoned animals, definitely not for loved ones. Also, calling the compliance hotline, is also a joke, no return calls from them either. I'm not sure WHAT this place is. However, being it's apart of government funding, THEY will certainly make some impacts of some if not all of our concerns.

Timberview is an amazing facility with a lot to offer. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the perky and polite staff. The location is also convenient and easy to get to.

Timberview is one of the best nursing homes. My grandma has been at Timberview for about a year now. It is always hard placing a loved one in a nursing home but Timberview made it as easy on us as it could be. Thank you for everything that you do Timberview.

I have visited Timberview a number of times in the past couple of years. When you first walk into the building it seems that it would be ok but once you walk around you can see that they really need new upgrades. The receptionist was very nice and polite but the Administrator wasn't so much so. She seemed to have a constant attitude and you can't help but think that she doesn't want to be there. Many of the CNA's wear piercings in there face which is something I thought wouldn't be allowed in a professional building. The staff sit around and gossip all day and there have been multiple occcasions of employees not showing up for work or calling off at the last minute. A relative of mine worked there for a couple years and had lots of issues with other employees wanting to do things their own way which isn't how a place of business is going to work. I would recommend that they hire new and deserved employees especially those with managerial positions and to also do background and reference checks on all employees.
