Brazil Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care

I have moved my dad into Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care. He's in the memory care. It did not remind me of a full-fledged, typical nursing home; it's kind of more of a Taj Mahal area. Where he's at, it's very nice, tasteful, and very clean. He has his own room, and that was one huge thing that I was wanting to get. Then the activity area is very clean and really very stylish. For a nursing care unit, it's very nice. The staff have been very helpful because they had to call me several times about little things. The price was the other thing that I was looking at because it's $1000 cheaper than a full-fledged nursing home. For a skilled nursing care room, my dad's room is very nice. He's in the memory care unit. The facility itself really nice. It's for assisted living on one half and skilled nursing memory care unit on the other half. It is really like a resort; it's that nice. The location works for me. It is right off US 40; I don't know how much easier it can be. The place is fairly decent. So far, I've got no issue about it.

The facility is beautiful and very clean and well kept. But the staff are truly what make this an exceptional Assisted Living and Memory care facility. They have gone above and beyond for my parents and have dealt with a difficult transition with kindness toward my siblings and my parents. The residents are friendly and it is a family and faith-based atmosphere. I feel that we found the best location possible and am very pleased.

My parents moved to Brazil Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections and our overall experience so far has been very good. The staff has been excellent, and their accommodations are very nice. It's a very friendly community, I would highly recommend it. Gail who is in-charge there is wonderful and very helpful. Both the food and the dining area there are very good. I liked this community enough that I'll stick with it.

Brazil Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care goes out of their way to work with people coming in. They're very welcoming and very topnotch. The facility is new, so it's beautiful. They have state-of-the-art kind of treatment. They're on the cutting edge of what they do with the residents for their quality of life. The rooms were extremely attractive and new. They have a lot of activities like ice cream night and movies, and they have a salon.

My parents have an apartment reserved at Brazil Villas of Holly Brook. They are moving into a two-bedroom, two-bathroom assisted living apartment. It is very nice and brand new, so everything is clean and shiny. The dining room seems very nice. The activities are a little bit on the scarce side because the facility is not full yet. The people are very caring and have made my mother feel very comfortable, so that's where she wants to go. The grounds are very nice.

We put a deposit down at Brazil Villas, but we haven't moved my sister in yet until we get veterans assistance. The place is beautiful, very nice, brand new, and very clean. The staff is all incredibly friendly. We've been out there a couple of times and the executive director was fantastic with us. All of the staff that we encountered was very professional, caring, and made us feel very welcome. I feel like it would be a great place for my mother to live. The amenities are great. I love what you get for the money. It's a great community. They're serving three meals, and the residents do not pay for snacks. They have a shuttle that will take her to doctors' appointments. They have a movie theater, a workout facility, community events, tournaments, and several planned activities. I remember seeing a big calendar on a wall in the hallway near the dining area that had the events. They had a special presentation for the 4th of July with the veterans. They definitely have several organized activities for the people. The food is really good. The levels of care are based on the assessment that they will do every six months. The rooms were a great size and had spacious, nice-sized walking closets. The kitchen area was perfect, and the bedroom was a nice size. It didn't feel cramped at all. We were looking at studios and one bedrooms and they both felt very spacious. They've been incredibly helpful.
