"It was good. The expense was a little above my friend's pocket, but other than that, the review was as good as the other place. The staff was good. She gave me this tour and all the information on the facility. I didn't try the food but from looking at the menu, it was the menu you would love to have for a family member, especially the elderly. It was the meal of the day because every day they have a different meal. It was Christmastime and they were singing and playing Christmas carols. They had movies and some were in the movie theater. They have a little movie theater, which is fantastic. They had a lot of Christmas activities going on at the time."

"We have chosen Forest Trace for Dad because they have the full continuum of care available. We know that with the Alzheimer's diagnosis, that he's gonna eventually most likely need memory care. It's important to us that whatever we chose had the memory care facility. The facility was nice. They had excellent medical care available onsite. They include a number of specialists and doctors that come weekly. They have nursing staff onsite 24 hours a day. The price point is very reasonable. They have daily programs and a number of live events, including music and games and social events. They have daily happy hour, a walking club, and a beautiful clubhouse that includes a sauna. They have two pools, a workout room, and a theater. We looked at the menu. They have a pretty good selection. It seems basically like the standard offerings for most of the places that we visited. They have a rotating menu of options and then on top of that, they have a menu of items that's available for all meals. The staff was friendly and helpful. They showed us everything. We were able to interact with some of the residents and get a pretty good sense of the community."

"My mom was at the independent living facility here and then she moved to their assisted living. The facility is very nice. It's excellent. They have lots of activities. They served three meals a day. You have your apartment and if you're in the assisted living, they have nurses that come every couple of hours to check on the patients. It's very nice. They have arts and crafts, bingo, cards, and musical during the day. There are a lot of activities and everybody was very friendly. "

"The Court at Palm Aire is a brand new facility. It is also very appealing and I like it. The dining room and the units are very nice and very appealing too. The staff are not nasty in any way, but very approachable. Everybody seemed to be well taken care of and very happy. They also have entertainment for their residents. "

"It was a nice place. I liked that they have beach access right across. In the back was an Intracoastal and there's a swimming pool. It's a nice area. I liked it there. The lady who gave the tour was very good. What's good in that place also is that you rent, you don't buy an apartment."

"I had my mother-in-law at Park Summit. The place is very nice and they have good food. She was there a year and a half, and the facility is very beautiful. The staff seemed very efficient. She had a private room and it was very nice. "

"We went to here and I actually liked it, and my dad liked it too. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. There were also younger and more active people. The rooms were in nice size. They were lacking in the sense that they didn't have a lot of live daily entertainment. They had activities, but not daily professional performers coming in. My dad was quite interested in that one. The ambience was good. It was warm and welcoming. It smelled good and clean. Everybody was friendly."

It was a very positive environment. It's just they only had studio apartments or studio rooms and it was an older facility."

"My brother moved into this facility. We chose it for location. It's very clean. They offer you dinner in your room,or you can go to the dining room. They have a nice swimming pool and a lot of activities. So I think it's very, very nice. I had dinner there, and it was very nice. Everybody was very caring. It was very clean. He chose a very small apartment. It has everything he needs, so it's fine."

"So far, it has been great. My mother has a nice apartment, and she met a lot of people there. She keeps active all day, and they watch her around the clock. She says the food is average. The rooms are excellent. I looked at about 7 different places; this is the best. Very clean, very roomy. I knew she’d like it."
