St. Patrick’s Terrace is a five-story, 66-unit development for seniors 62 and older in the City of Oakland. The project has been owned and operated by SAHA since 1972. The property’s rehabilitation in 2009 included unit rehabs, accessibility upgrades, a new second elevator and upgrades to the existing elevator. The property also received a complete green makeover which incorporated many new eco-friendly features into the building design.

Martinelli House is a 66-unit, senior independent living property. Originally built in 1974, Mercy Housing acquired and modernized the property including the apartments and community areas.
