I want to say thank you to all the staff that has been taking care of my mother Inlaw at the grove of St Charles They have been nothing but kind, patient, and understanding. She just started doing activities and she’s been happy to tell us all the prizes she has won. And when she’s in her room watching tv she tells us how the CNAs come in periodically just to see if she needs anything. she lets us know that the nurses are kind to her and she just loves the therapy department, I can’t express how happy we all are with the staff members. And she also mentioned that she has a very nice housekeeper name Diana that keeps her room clean. Thank you!

My dad has been there twice in the past four months after hospitalization, for PT, OT to get stronger walking. The nursing and other staff are caring and kind and the facility is small enough that the staff really gets to know their patients. This is an older facility so it's not as shiny and new as more modern facilities, but it is clean and adequate. My dad improved well and was able to return to assisted living elsewhere. It's in town location, quiet wooded surroundings, and proximity to my home and my dad's assisted living facility make it pleasant and easy to visit. I am relieved that if he should need short term rehabilitation services again, we have a wonderful caring place for him to get the care he needs.

My father is at Presence Pineview Care Center, and I am unhappy with their service because they are understaffed. As far as cleanliness, it seems to be good. Their rooms are OK. I saw their dining room, and their meals looked good.

Presence is dark and dreary, and the care isn't that good. I have a friend there and she hates it there. It changed hands so many times, and I heard they get a service instead of using their own employees. They seem to be nice enough for rehab but not for long term care.

This is a very poorly run facility! The staff are not helpful or friendly at all. In the past they have let some residents get bed sores which is tragic. The actual place is nothing like the what you would expect. The interior is very old and they don't have updated equipment. It's awful!
