My mother was a resident at Randall Residence/Courtyard of McHenry from September of 2021 to June of 2023. While there was some concern by some family members that we were moving her out of her home, I was so pleased that she was able to be there. Management and staff members were top-notch and very cordial to my mother as well as our family members when we visited. My mom made many friends in a short period of time with the other residents. She thoroughly enjoyed their company and the activities that were provided by the facility. Since my mother was part of the Assisted Living area, I want to emphasize that her care was phenomenal. The nursing staff was so sweet to her and did everything that was expected of them. While my mom lived there, I always felt a sense of "calm" knowing she was in good hands! Thank you Courtyard of McHenry!!

We went to The Courtyard of McHenry. The facility was very professionally run. It's close to our home. That was very important, and it had a memory care ability, and affordability was important as well. Even though it's expensive, that's not nearly what some places cost. Everything is very adequate and very clean. Everything is very good. Excellent staff, very informative, very polite, very honest, and transparent. They have a social room. They do different types of activities, and a very, fairly large variety of activities that hopefully, someone would have an interest in.

I have been a resident here for a month now. It is a nice place and it is convenient here. The food is excellent, and the service is excellent. I know they have a lot of activities going on, but I'm not so much into it. They have a library here, and they provide transportation. My apartment is spacious, and I have a microwave and a fridge.

The minute we walked in we were greeted and welcomed to the facility. Very knowledgeable about the entire facility and took the time to answer any questions we had. The staff was very friendly and courteous and helped us out when we moved in our mother just recently. I could not have asked for better support system then we received. They have activities and very nice amenities that family members can use while visiting there relatives. They take special care and attention to your needs and that what was most impressive! I recommend this facility to anyone that wants the type of care you want for your relative or family member. This facility goes above and beyond the care we thought our family member was going to receive. Please check it out because it was a great experience for our family. Warm regards-

My aunt moved here last December. It's very welcoming, making you feel at home, with a great sense of community, and new friends. Her apartment is very large and spacious, perfect for her needs. They have a community room, dining room, parlor on-site, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.

It was nice because their apartments were nice sized. They had a bunch of different ones to pick from. Everybody seemed to know each other there. Some people didn't even close their bedroom doors because everybody seemed so nice. They had a patio inside, almost surrounded by the building, so it's nice. They had shuttles, all sorts of different games, and stuff for them to do.
