Copper Creek Cottages of Litchfield was very nice and set up very well. I saw seniors doing activities, and they had snacks available. It was homelike. The staff was very friendly and very caring. I did talk to a cook that worked there, and it seemed like they fed them warm meals three times a day. They had sections like a little kitchenette, and it had tables and chairs where the seniors could take their families and have orange juice, popcorn, cookies, or little sandwiches, anything that they require. There was a TV room where they could sit and watch TV as a group of people, not by themselves in their own little cabin. It was nice. The rooms were like hotel rooms. There was a room for a bed and maybe a little settee or maybe a couple of chairs. When you come down the hallway, they had little windows with little mailboxes, so it was like a little house, but it was a protected community. They couldn't get out, so that was good.
