Tanglewood Village was good. The rooms were fine, clean, acceptable, and adequate in size. The kitchenette was comparable to the one I saw at the other place. The staff there was the most pleasant of the three centers I visited.

Tanglewood Village is wonderful, pleasant, and bright. We went to visit a room, and each has its own kitchenette but not where my parent would actually cook. They have a place where you go eat, and they serve good food. During the time we were there, one of the ladies there baked something, so they were passing out the dessert she made. It was like a little community inside for elderly people. It is definitely very clean and really nice.

Everybody was very helpful during my mother's transition to Tanglewood Village. They did help us move in some of her things. They have an open dining room with round tables -- maybe six to seven people at each table -- and she seems to like the food. She has a studio apartment, which is a very large room with kitchenette and restroom -- ample sized for what she needs. They have an activity calendar so that they have something going on everyday. They have bingo, casino, game type things, devotional time, bible study, cooking time, Wii bowling, they take them out on activities in a van, and they have really nice celebrations like for Christmas and New Year's with the elderly population in mind.
