The 40-apartment community provides secure accommodation with access control and pull-strings in each apartment that alert caregivers to medical emergencies. The apartments are wheelchair-friendly, including the bathrooms. The on-site salon keeps residents looking fresh. Residents have access to a laundry room, and maintenance is taken care of by the facility. The community dining area, activities room, and patio encourage social interaction. 

Active residents can join in on group exercise activities such as scheduled yoga and dance groups. The recycling center and gardening club are always looking for volunteers. Outside providers are known to provide art and music classes and residents can participate in on-site religious studies and teachings.
